“This is one of those occasions where the Service stole the show.Food and ambiance were noteworthy, BUT, Lori deserves the Oscar ?Brief History: we were a group of about 24 people and add to that other hotel guests, so all tables were occupied.Floor staff had their hands full.Somehow, in the midst of all the chatter, distractions and people … Lori W emerged as personable, knowledgeable of the menu and supremely professional in her demeanor.Idk how my table lucked out to have her as our Server, but I felt blessed.Lori’s remarkable personality shone thru.She was the epitome of Joy, a beautiful and graceful figure gliding across the floor greeting and interacting with everyone with seemingly effortless grace, appreciation for our presence and most of all, a radiant smile that said “I’m happy you’re here”.Lori made my entire dining experience a very pleasant and memorable one.I encourage everyone to ask for her by name.Y’all can thank me later.Thanks Dockside Grill @ Four Points by Sherston … someone did well when they hired Lori.Thanks Lori for the great memories and for making my team business trip a phenomenal success.I guarantee we will be back !!!“
