Why use the app if they prioritize the carry out first than pick up… I ordered 7:02PM said will be done 15min in the app then I arrived 7:20pm and still not done and she told me another 8 more minutes cause she didn’t get to work on order that was online as she was handling carry out customer first. Ruin our pick up schedule.

First of all, I live 9 miles 1 way from this hungry Howie's store. I made an online order with specific instructions. I pick up the order and get home only to find out they actually put extra olive on my salad when I asked for none (allergies). I didn't receive any of the extra mayo that u paid for. When I called to advise them of the error, she offered to remake the salad. I'm not driving back to the store to pick up a salad that THEY didn't make correctly. So I advised her I was coming for a refund only. I placed the salad with my specific requests in the cart again to get a total that my refund should be. When I got back to the store, I was given a refund of 9.81. The total in my cart that I should've received was over 11.00. Not that it makes much difference, but I think they should've offered to fix this better, especially since it was their error, and now I have driven 36 miles between the 2 trips. I normally ONLY shop at this hungry howies, but I will not be back, and I will advise everyone that I know to boycott this store.

Me and me co-workers would order from here. Quite often. Until now, I call at nine thirty on the dot they're open till ten p m and tell me they won't do a delivery. I could understand ten fifteen minutes, but a half hour before you close when I am .02 miles from the store. I always made sure to tip ten dollars to show appreciation. I know they knew who I was because it comes up in their system and they have my address saved. Just goes to show you, they do not value regular customers.

GREAT food but man, the driver got all scared because I opened my door a little fast so my dog wouldn't run out lol. Haven't seen a look on someone's face like that since the Flacons blew a 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl.
Will always continue to go there but take out from now unless the future drivers don't gave WIDE eyes and get scared from a door opening a little fast lol.

Went to Papa John's and was unimpressed by the run-down down worn out depressing atmosphere and the manager who couldn't even tell me of any carry out specials. Walked out and went to Hungry Howies. WOW. Totally opposite. Clean, neat, squared away and comfortable atmosphere. Carry out specials listed in plain view. Food hot and good. Highly suggest!
