My partner and I absolutely love Ichi Hibachi. We make an effort to come at least once a month because it is the one place in Punta Gorda that you can consistently get good service, good food, with a nice atmosphere to accompany those features. The owners are very kind and hard working which shows in the quality of their food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The food was melt-in-your-mouth DELICIOUS! 10/10, would definitely come again! We got the steak and chicken udon, the shrimp combo, and the salmon, yellowtail, and tuna sushi rolls. Though all delightful, the steak udon and salmon and yellowtail rolls were the standouts. The service was very quick as well. Plus, the music wasn’t too loud or too quiet, and the environment was very family friendly!
