“Found this little hidden gem in Citra Florida! Food was delicious and the Mac n cheese was kid approved! Facility was clean and service was excellent. Only down side to our visit was that the building was a little warm.“

“We have been going to Sam's for many years and at times traveling 40+ miles to get there. We have only eaten the flounder and oyster dinners but the quality, serving size and taste of both have always been outstanding. Yes, it is fried food but not greasy. We have eaten in many restaurants all over the US and Sam's rates up in the top of all of them. If you are looking for a fancy/up class restaurant, Sam's is NOT the place for you but for good food and service it is great. One more thing, there is Peanut Butter that compares!!!!!!!!! “We had a couple of sandwiches here and they were ok, nothing special. But the best part of the whole experience was the beautiful view of the Orange Lake. This place is kind of out of the way, but if you want a nice view, be sure to visit and sit outside to enjoy!“

Chrissy the server was very attentive and blessed us with a piece of key lime pie. Thank you! we appreciated the extra attention!The food was good and came out in a timely manner. The back of the restaurant could use some re-decorating.“
