The food was not that good. I tried the ham and cheese. It was not that exciting. My husband had the French dip. He said it tasted rubbery and seemed over cooked. Will not go back.

The regular menu line up we enjoyed and recommended. However. I can not with any good conscious suggest anyone try the new cheesesteak. I've had it now twice once in orlando and again here in riverview admittedly they did a better version in riverview but this sandwich is not as presented in the commercial. The melted cheese just pours off the sandwich like a rainfall.

if McDonald's can give 15 ketchup packets this place should be able to give more than one arby sauce packet without having to beg. Throw the darn sauce in the bag.

Ordered through Uber eats. Missing food, fries were super old, and beef and cheddar had no cheddar. When called manager immediately started making light of the terribl le order and arguing with me. Had to drive all the way to the store to get a corrected order. Management and crew did not care, zero customer service skill. Never again. Not the first time for this store. Sad cause I love arbys food, and I will never go back.
I had to drive 30 minutes to get here and I knew that my order might be cold but it didn't matter to me we rarely get Arby's because of the distance. They were so nice and remade my French fries without me even asking they went the extra mile and it's very appreciated!

I, Christopher Scott John Dunn, went to pick up an order for my Brother who has no legs. When I was awaiting my order, I saw the Manager physical assault the elder black employee.
