Jay is an absolute treasure and a joy. He is one of the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The whole staff work so hard with positive attitudes.
Food was good. Dont go out to eat much. Thought i would try the 7.99 special. I enjoyed the meal. Two things i was not so happy with because i am very thrifty is, after checking with google that stated a 10% discount i was informed that this store does not honor a military discount. Thats cool, no big deal. My second issue i do have a problem with. Rounding my bill up beacuse i am paying with cash due to no more pennies being produced. I could see rounding ok if it was not for the pile of pennies in the cash drawer. Talked to the manager, she stated there policy and said some are rounded up and some are rounded down. So i guess half of the customers will be happy while the other half will not. I know its only 2 pennies but it is still my two pennies... its allmost as bad as some places adding a tip automatically. I earned my money and hate to be ripped off nomater how much it is. My suggestion for arby's corporate is to allways round down instead of loosing a coustomer for a couple of pennies. I guess thats giving my two cents worth about this issue. Will still end on a good note, had dinner out and did not have to do dishes tonight.

Nonsense
Disgusting. The fish sandwich was literally old. Im talking about dry and rubbery. The potato cakes were lukewarm, didnt taste fresh. Went around 1pm. Worse fast food I have ever eaten. The employees aren't trained. My mom asked what the difference between the Deluxe fish sandwich and the regular fish sandwich, and they said the only difference is the Deluxe has tomatoes.

I came into restaurant around 9:30pm last night and the cashier was distracted doing things other than working her register. I had to stand there and just wait. When I finally said something to her now she bothered and got an attitude. I don’t understand why people have customer service jobs but act like they don’t want to service the customers.
Food was good the service was better I don't remember the young ladies name but she was great every restaurant needs someone with that much energy and fantastic attitude she made you feel welcome and appreciated Arby's needs to let her teach all your stores great service

I was really excited to try the steak bites. What are they like 5 to 6 dollars for five pieces? Don’t waste your money unless you like fatty bites. It was literally like they took the fat off a brisket, cut it into pieces and called it steak.

Brewanna is AWESOME . I have been coming to this location since I moved to the area and to say I use to dread the experience is putting it lightly at times I would drive 15 minutes out of my way to get my roast beef fix just so I didn't have to deal with how rude the Managers are at this location now I find myself doubling my trips. Her customer service and the way she engages is phenomenal Great job Arbys
