Ordered food in the drive through on March 24th at 9pm. The girl who took my order was not friendly at all, didnt say one word to me, and just had an annoyed look on her face. When i got home I realized they gave me a completely different order, so i go back and get my correct order, ask for bronco berry sauce for my jalapeño poppers, get home to find they gave me BBQ sauce instead ...

I'll always love Arby's their roast beef is the best, wish I could buy a whole roast to take home. Employees are always very pleasant and courteous, Kudos to the staff.

If it's kids in there working, do better... If it's adults in there working, well, that's why you work at Arby's as an adult ... For the AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID, our order should be perfect ... Ordered a Classic Dbl meal with CHEESE SAUCE, I got a PLAIN roast beef sandwich.. my wife ordered chs sauces for dipping, nothing.. we had to pay extra for these things ... Food COLD, Drink watered down, fries cold ... Straight garbage

THANK GOD ? went in for a Half Pound Roast Beef combo saw potato cakes are back upgraded to large size with out hesitation ?was absolutely delicious every thing Now this is the Arby's I grew up with they heard our plea to bring them back and they answered the call Thank you Arby's signed Repeat customer is back !

Bware... while having lunch with a friend, I found a piece of sharp hard plastic in my sandwich ? which was so ? alarming and dangerous ? ☠️. I spoked to the o duty manager and he said sorry we don't but plastic in food. Pathetic response, extremely disappointed ?.
I ordered a roast beef with cheese it was cold with vey little meat. I will not go back . This was my second time at a Arby's. You advertise you have the meat however there was little of it.

I was heading up northbound US Highway 301, and then I decided to turn into this place to get a quick bite to eat. Driving into the entrance way caused concern due to a Waffle House being adjacent. But, besides that, my food was made to order promptly with adequate service. I dined there when I got my sandwich. I was also watching the Summer Olympics on their flat screen TV.
