I ordered the 6 inch round Celebration Party Ice Cream Cake. It was real chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. It was the best cake I ever ate in my life.

The place looks dirty, they have no cones (which only takes a minute to make) so I wanted a cappuccino blast they didn’t have the coffee so why be in business this place needs new management and non lazy workers sorry but it’s ture

Dirty restaurant! I went inside and the dining room was filthy! Second time I went through the drive thru. Horrible customer service from the guy who wears nail polish (didn’t get his name). My food was thrown together messy so I asked for it to be made over. The second time making it I was given cold food. When I asked for a refund he had an attitude, no apology. Third time going back for ice cream. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes because they asked me to hold. When I tried to order ice cream they told me they weren’t serving ice cream because they were cleaning the ice cream station @5:30 pm. His is the most unprofessional Dunkin i have ever been too.

We went inside the store to place our order. The employee taking our order was very nice. We got our order except for the drink. We checked on it and another employee went and made it for us BUT.. he slammed the drink on the counter when he brought it out to us while displaying a not so frienly attitude thus ruining an otherwise pleasant experience. Hope he's feeling better now!!!!

It’s Wednesday, June 1, 9:45 and the two individuals working locked the doors and refuse to assist anyone on their drive thru window. Clearly this development only hires lazy individuals!

Just left baskin robins after ordering a hot-fudge sundae, very disappointed. The first bite I put into my mouth was awful. The hot fudge was burnt and clumped together, so bad that I could hardly chew. When we went up to the drive through speaker to explain what was wrong, the guy wouldn’t even let my husband finish speaking before he said “that’s all the hot fudge I have”. He then proceeded to argue with my husband about whether or not the hot fudge was actually burnt and told him “it’s just not hot”. We asked him for a refund and he goes “I can give you some whipped cream, ice cream, and nuts” and when asked again about a refund he said “can’t do that. Don’t have manager numbers or anything, so that’s not possible.” My husband asked if we could come back tomorrow, but I’m honestly not interested after this.
Got hand packed quarts of my two all time favorite flavors! World Class Chocolate and Peanut Butter and Chocolate. I feel like I won the lottery.

Went on Friday, Saturday and Monday three days in a row around 9-10pm. Why they open 24 hours if they don't have ice cream

Listed as open 24 hours! I pulled up at 11:15 and once I pulled through the drive-thru they turned the lights off! If you are not open 24 hours, do not have yourself listed as 24 hours! I drove for 20 minutes to have them turn their lights off after I pulled in the drive-thru.
