Tried a new place this evening. It is called Beef & Sea located in Winthrop on W. Bloomingdale Ave. We had the French Dip Au Jus with their home sliced onion rings. OMG it was great! Give them a try and I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed. Great food and very friendly and attentive staff.

They have the absolutely best sandwiches I usually get takeout but they are so friendly when you go in there. If you are looking for a pastrami sandwich this is absolutely the place to go.

Amazing. We cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. First, it was absolutely spotless, second, the owners are on site and wonderful, third, the food was excellent. We had the 1/2 portion of beef nachos and it was huge, fresh, and delicious. Then we split a dinner order of the whole belly (yes real fresh whole belly) clams and they were delicious. Topped it off with a side of home made onion rings and we were happy campers. We are definitely going back to sample more of this menu!

Plain kids hamburger was made with cheese. They redid it. Tha bun came back burnt. The patty was so small. The vegetable quesidias had so many raw onions that my chest was burning from heartburn. The roast beef sandwich had no flavor and not she did not like the barbecue sauce. The taco chips were cold and seemed kind of stale. On the way home the roast beef sandwich made my daughter's stomach start to rumble and she just made it to the toilet when we got home. Will not go back there.

What a delightful find. The food was excellent, I had the beef dip and my husband had the whole belly clams. We had to try the onion rings and the batter as so good and you could actually taste the onions. We will go back to try something else because there were so many things to try. Thanks Daniel and Jen for a wonderful experience. I hope you are successful. Super reasonably priced too.

Wicked good 3 way beef. Mom got the fisherman’s platter and the fried scallops and whole belly clams. Great take on Boston seafood and more. Very reasonable prices. Wicked nice owner.

Born and raised in New England and I LOVE fried clams! Beef and Sea has the authentic NE seafood batter!!! Their friendly, family owned staff, seaworthy decor, and delicious food is all wonderful! I live in Colorado now, but will definitely be back when visiting my mom in Riverview! Jen is the BEST!!!

Visited on 11/16/2024 after stopping by the Winthrop pop up market. We decided to grab a quick bite for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with our overall experience. We ordered onion rings, chicken quesadilla and bistro potatoes. The food was delicious and prepared nicely. The service was very quick, and the entire staff made sure we were greeted upon arrival. The establishment gives off great vibes and the decor is very modern. We will definitely visit again!

A small and quaint shop...food delicious. we wanted roast beef...but they ran out ...I enjoyed shrimp basket well prepared. They were very busy and wait time was long, well worth the wait. We will retirn.for the beef.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and waiting for us was a dog-friendly patio with a table in the shade... Schocka-bra! (Slang for really good, for those that don't know already). We had fried shrimp and bistro potatoes (hash fries, essentially), 1/2 order of the beef nachos, and a kid's burger with fries (for my Dingo, Rita). A cold beer and refreshing cola was the perfect compliment on a warm November afternoon in Riverview. Debbie was our server and she was knowledgeable in regards to the menu and though she was new here, could not have been a better compliment to this establishment. I understand that you can ask for a pup cup for your furry family member. It is a small bowl with roast beef. I will order for Rita next time and can't wait to return.
