Today was our family’s first time here. The store is cute, but the staff was not welcoming or friendly to say the least. They were out of the 3 boba flavors we tried to order. They only had one ice cream flavor. They were also very slow. While we were in there 2 other groups walked in and no one greeted them or even acknowledged them. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Unfortunately, calling this place mediocre is generous. Maybe the teens they want to cater to like it. Slow, portions for food no good, boba was not soft in my milk tea, they seemed confused by my request to make it less sweet..… cute place with potential, hope it goes well as fan of small business. Hair in my food, I know it happens but be more careful, it’s gross.

I order a poke bowl. They didn’t tell until giving to me they had no avocados. Then waiting for drinks for 20 mins tries give me the wrong thing. I showed my receipt they remade and just dump the other one. Super odd won’t be going back. Also took 30 Mins get my order only 2 Other orders

The smell of a dirty wet mop hit us in the face our first visit. I ordered a taro milk tea and it tasted so watered down. Employees seemed indifferent with us being there and my husband caught them mouthing things to each other with us standing right there waiting. Very unprofessional and she stopped when eye contact was made. After that experience, I don’t think we’ll be back.

The Boba Ice website is warm and inviting, which definitely caught our attention, and we couldn't wait to try their menu. Unfortunately, the drinks and food were well below par, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. We ordered the lychee ice tea, which had an odd sour lemony taste like unripe lychee or something, which didn’t make sense since syrups were used. The pearl tapiocas were fine. We also ordered the chicken adobo bowl. First, it took a long time to prepare. Second, you could hear the microwave repeatedly dinging, indicating the food wasn't fresh. Third, the food looked bland when it arrived. Finally, it was extremely dry and unappetizing. We didn’t even end up eating more than one bite of the meal. Sad thing is, we paid for it and couldn’t be bothered to deal with a refund because we just wanted to leave. I strongly suggest driving past this place and visiting a boba shop you're familiar with or one in Brandon with great reviews. It's worth the drive!

My kiddo loves boba and going here. He tries new things frequently and has enjoyed everything he has got. The same 2 employees are always there when we go, they are friendly, offer suggestions, and are quick making the drinks.
Great food and Abby was the sweetest server I ever had in years! She made it a great experience. Get the Bistro smash burger, you won’t be disappointed.
