Boryken Food Truck serves delicious dishes like fried fish with tostones and house avocado sauce, alcapuria, mofongo, and chicken pincho. The food is juicy and cooked to perfection, with excellent customer service and a lively atmosphere, complete with a DJ. The food was amazing, fresh, and delicious. Staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere felt very homey and clean. It is a great spot to go with family and friends for the best authentic puertorican pinchos and food in Tampa. Customers also enjoyed the alcapurrias and shrimp empanada. The homemade sauces are delicious. The mofongo was soft and delicious, and the chicken dumplings were very delicious too. Hector, the owner, is very friendly and passionate about his business. Highly recommended, especially for late-night eats.
