This is a hard review for me as I did not like the Brandon Sauce that comes on the burger at all so makes it difficult.I was hungry and in the mood for a good burger so thought I would call in one to go at Brandon Burgers right across the street since I had to pick up some medicine from the Publix Pharmacy at Winthrop any way. Called ahead and placed order, person assisting me was friendly and fast taking my order and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived to pick up 7 minutes later and it was ready. Got it home and it was still warm which is good. I ordered the Single Brandon Burger sub American for Provolone Cheese and added lettuce and pickle. The burger looked very appealing and smelled good as well but when I took the first bite I was disappointed as I massively did not like the taste of the Brandon Sauce at all and overall the burger tasted very salty. Ate a couple more bites then pulled off the pickle, lettuce and meat and ate about 3/4 without the bun since most of the Brandon Sauce I didn't like was on the bun. The hamburger patty was tasty and the bacon was plentiful but nothing special enough that I would pay $8.92 for ever again. Also there was something about the cheese I didn't care for....can't put my finger on it but it just wasn't for me. For this price point I will not be back, the $8.92 was for a single burger only no fries and no drink so just too expensive for what you get for me.

I ordered 2 American cheese bacon burgers with fries and drinks. The burgers were good but fries were salty like the sea. The food is not as bad as the service we received . I understand a lot of places are understaffed. But this place had 4 employees and we were the only 2 people in the place. The staff were talking and fooling around when we got in. 1 of the gentlemen slapped the table when we walked in as upset that he had to go back to the grill to make of food. The women behind the counter that made our burgers was very polite and kind. But when that guy that slapped the table when we walked in received our burgers and fries to bag up for us he too was eating with his gloves on and then touched our food and I was so upset since I saw him lick his gloves that had sauce on them. I didn't eat my burger but my husband did and he said it was okay. We spent money on food that went to waste because after I saw that I couldn't eat my burger.

Brandon Burgers is a local burger place that offers what has become fashionable to call "fast casual" in an attempt to elevate itself above fast food, but still captures the philosophy of fast food business practices, but charging a few more dollars for the experience. Overall, Brandon Burgers is not terrible, but it is also not great, either. For the price, there are definitely better choices.

This burger joint is disappointing - especially if you are going in expecting it to be anything like Five Guys which previously occupied this storefront. The fries (which come frozen, not fresh cut) we're barely cooked but still dripping with oil. Service is extremely slow even though the place was almost empty. I saw people stand at the counter for more than a minute before being acknowledged. I highly doubt I would ever come back here again

I have been trying to get my girlfriend to join me here for weeks, I wanted to try this place out badly. Finally today we got to go. I was excited but when I walked in we were greeted with side eyes as if no one wanted to come to the counter to take an order. Finally we are ordering and the cups are positioned to the customer side of the counter so I went to grab my cup which was then ripped out of my hand by the employee that took my order. " you can't grab the cup, I have to " which I replied with " why are they on this side of the counter " and he just kept going on about he has to get the cup. Due to Covid I feel like grabbing my cup with no gloves was unsafe so I then proceeded to just throw the whole drink away. The burger I got was ok, fries were not good at all. This Brandon burgers is not the place to go if you're looking for a welcoming and happy crowd of people. Unless you want to get stuff snatched from your hands by a gloveless temper tantrum throwing middle aged guy, be aware of this place. Would not recommend highly.

Came in on a slow weekday to pick up some lunch, place was clean and service was quick and curt. Ordered a double cheese with bacon, milkshake and fries. Milkshake came out first, nice, thick and creamy. Rest of my food took a bit longer, but not by much. Handed me my bag and I went home. Problems came up when I got home- found that the grease had soaked right through the bag because the foil wasn't wrapped right around the burger. Didn't think it was a big deal, stuff happens, you move on. Soon as I went to eat, found there wasn't the bacon I paid the extra $1 in there. Everything tasted fine, burger was still good, fries were crispy, milkshake creamy. Just wish a bit more attention had been paid is all.

I’m shocked at some of these reviews. I couldn’t be happier I tried this place. I don’t eat red meat so I used to have to go to burger fi to get a decent beyond burger. Lately they’ve been disappointing so I figured I’d try this place out. Ive ordered three times from doordash and the food is excellent and the portions are definitely generous. My family that did love five guys said this is just as good if it better (especially the fries)

I'd share a picture of my burger, but honestly it disappeared so fast there was nothing but crumbs and melted cheese left for the photo. Very good. I highly recommend this place. The Brandon sauce is really good too.

Burgers had absolutely no taste. No kind of seasoning at all. Long wait. Customer service wasn’t bad. Just more so disappointed in how much we spent for food with no kind of flavor. Also, the cooks kept going into the back of the store to get needed items or to not get anything at all (maybe took a quick break) and would come back and continue preparing food without changing their gloves.

Have been wanting to go to this place for a while. Waste of my time and money. My burger wasn’t even what I ordered literally only had 3 out of the 8 toppings I ordered. My husbands burger was so soggy with grease we had to use our own bread. Asked for sauces on the sides and there wasn’t any. $40 down the drain waste of money. The guys in the there looked high which is prob why our order is messed up.
Good burger and fries. Love the build your own options. Would have given an additional stars if it weren't for the poor customer service I have encountered each time I have gone. Tried to give it another try but yet again fell short. I also encountered, as I have seen in other posts, where I ordered the combo (drink & fries included) and was abruptly shut down by staff member that stated this was not true.

Their food is so yummy...my husband and I went to try them while we were waiting for something to be finished at another store in there in the strip mall. The service was good...the food was awesome, so fresh and tasty! I will definitely return and I highly recommend this place for some yummy grub!

I waited over 30 minutes for 2 milkshakes. The three guys working spent more time talking and doing anything other than make milkshakes the whole time. It wasn't terribly busy and people before me were still waiting for stuff. I just wanted 2 milkshakes.

Order was wrong and we had to go back twice for items that we paid for that weren’t made. We found black mold in our cups that we had to let the manager know about. Employee had shoulder length hair that was not pulled back or in a hair net. He was also pulling up his pants and touching the bottom of his shoes with his gloves and then preparing food without changing them. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
