BEWARE!!!!I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A -10...i ate here 1 month ago and became very very ill after eating their beans. i didn't notice but my friend did notice the consistency of the beans. the beans were coagulated. i couldn't even knock them off the spoon. Unfortunately i already ate several spoons fulls and my buddy only ate 1. about 3 hours later sick as a dog for almost 3 weeks, it's been a month and a few days and yesterday is the 1st day i felt like myself in over a month. my buddy was only sick for about 2 days as he only ate 1 bit. i have went to the doctors twice, went for a CT scan of the abdomen and stomach, and had to see a GI doctor all because of their food practices. I had a food bacteria poising the GI doctor said this was a very sever case and it has done a lot internal damage that could take several months if not longer to heal my body. i have been dealing with sever stomach pain, sever indigestion and gas, sever pain in esophagus form acid reflux. i will never step in side another bubbaQue's in my life especially this location. Besides the food had no flavor and their sauces are even worse.

Last night was my first time ordering from bubbaques and I was surprised how good the food was I ordered the combo dinner which gets you two choices of meats, and two sides I got the brisket and pound of chicken wings the brisket was very disappointing and was dry, chewy, and lacked flavor. The wings on the other hand were fantastic and were nice and Smokey had great flavor with the chicken tasting good and the size of the wings were big. The fries are good there are crinkle cut fries wish they had salt on them but are good fries. The Texas toast was good I liked how one of the sides of the bread was toasted and when you eat it it’s not to crunchy it’s still nice and soft and still has a bit of crunch to it. Their brownie for desert is good I like the flavor and is very chocolatey but it is kind of chewy which sets it off but it’s a good brownie. Great place for barbecue and the quality of the food is good and gives large portions.

It is simple, you walk in hungry for great BBQ and you roll out like a happy hog. The sauce sampling is outstanding and the food is gold medal worthy. Few places impress me these days, but this is high on my list of the best.

Super expensive for small portions comes out to about four dollars a rib and you get four of them. Good thing I got the giant brownie to fill me up. Won’t be going back pulled pork ok collared greens taste like out of can. I don’t Suspect they’ll be in business too long.

Service terrible. The girl taking orders had no clue. Food was wrong coming out, then brought back 10 minutes later correct but cold. People go to the Lakeland location they ROCK!!
The Lakeland location is better!! The people are nicer and trained well. At the Riverview store we were told to take menus abd sit down until we knew what we wanted to order, there was no one behind us. Then the girl did not know how to ring up my food. Then my order was brought out without one of my sides and instead of leaving the food she brought, she took it all back . Now my food was warmish when it came to the table instead of hot. I was with friends who ordered right after me, but their food came out AFTER the people who came in and ordered after us. Clerk (waitress) only came to our table once to check on drinks and if we needed anything. I will drive to the Lakeland store.

Food was ok, it needed a bit more flavor! Sauce was great but the chicken itself was bland. I would go again tho. Thant didn't scare me away as I love bbq!!Service was excellent! Think me server was new as she seemed a bit nervous but did great, get the cooked in flavor on point y'all. I'll be back!!
Don't go here unless you want to pay $14 for a turkey sandwich with 1 slice of meat on the sandwich. They all you get is 4 oz.
