Me and my boyfriend went to have good wings, it was pretty good that wasnt the problem the problem was the waiter was inattentive and then when it came time to the check I gave specific instructions not hard ones I split the payments it was an African American waiter with a leaf tattoo on her arm she kept giving me an aggressive attitude abt my card then she charged my one card on the whole payment now I will have an overdraft fee never again I dont wanna be somewhere the waiter cant even have some damn patience.

Wife and I were very hungry, so we decided to sit down at a place. Waitress sat us down but failed to mention they had no ice, no burgers, no onion rings. She let us kow when we were about to order. I just ordered a chicken sandwich, which I thought of popeyes instead. The sandwich was just blah and the fries were a joke, small portion and seemed old. Wife had wings, very dry. Very disappointed. When she asked anything else, I replied you might not have it. Not to be funny.

Make things right. You do not need me for that. Start managing your business the correct way. By actually sending people, mystery shoppers, and bring back district managers. You need actual people to better your business. In my opinion.

Ive had better from there. Entree came out before appetizer. I had to go up to the bar to get another beer, and the wings tasted like they were from walmart. Disappointed

Thought we'd try this one last time. It was just as horrible as every other time we've been here. Cold food, fries were gray and so greasy like they hadn't changed out the grease in a cpl weeks. Burger was mooshy and chicken was lousy. For being a chicken place it's the worst! Bathrooms are nasty with no paper towels, very dirty. Not ever ever going back.

Run down. Bathrooms are gross. Sinks don’t work and out of soap. This place should have been shut down for a remodel years ago…. One good thing I can say is the service was great.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would I have no problem with the inside, but if you order for pick up, you will be sitting there for 30 minutes maybe more after they tell you what to pick up time is the last time I went in was Sunday 2 o’clock not a busy time. No one was in there again it was for pick up. I go inside. No one was in the front to help me. I was there for 15 minutes no one came upfront not one human being walked upfront to help me so my food just sat there. I had to call the restaurant and ask to have somebody come upfront so I could get my food. Will never go here again. I’m over this place every single time I come here it’s an issue.

We arrived around 8:00 PM and asked to be seated in a booth. We were told this wasn’t possible because there was “no server available,” even though multiple booths were clearly open. The family waiting behind us asked for a booth as well and received the same response, which led them to leave. After we were seated, we saw another family experience the same situation and also decide to leave, despite the restaurant being almost empty. This may seem like a small issue, but first impressions matter. Being told no without a clear or consistent explanation did not make us feel welcomed. Good service starts the moment guests walk in, and accommodating reasonable seating requests helps create a comfortable experience. I hope the management can improve in this area, as situations like this may cause customers to take their business elsewhere.

I had my food delivered with DoorDash. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with cheese curds. The cheese curds were ok. I didn’t eat the bun. The hamburger was lets say less than desirable the way it looked. It didn’t look like a hamburger because it was very flat and the sides were stringy. It had a bad smell to it, maybe it was the Swiss cheese. It had only a single mushroom on it. It definitely did not look like the picture on the website. I am extremely disappointed. I expect a response from this establishment as to why the kitchen management would let this meal go out for delivery.

This place used to have amazing wings back in the day, and it was the perfect spot for games, date nights, or just hanging out with the guys. Lately the food hasn’t been quite the same, but it’s still a solid place to catch football and other sports. The prices have gone up, and the portions especially the large fries seem smaller than they used to be. The wings are still decent, though, and the atmosphere is always fun.
