Had ordered Golden Fire Traditional Wings and received Golden Fire Traditional Wings. This was a carry out order and realized it after reaching home. Also reached the store almost 15-20 mins after promised hour but inspite of that had to wait for another 15 mins or so. Will not recommend this location.

Thursday 12/5 went in to eat with my family around 6pm. Ordered 2 of the pick 6 meals and extra chicken. Server took until 6:20 to get to our table. Took our order, brought 2 plates out for my husband and I and then around 630 and didn’t bring the other 2 plates for my children put until 6:50pm. Never once stopped to let us know what was going on. Our food was cold at that point. She finally stopped standing at the soda station and brought out the rest of the food. Then we waited until about 730 that she finally brought the check and told us she had to print out two seperate checks for our meals because she couldn’t ring up all 4 meals together (never heard of this). The chicken was cold, our drink were watery and it was just a bad experience when adding a terrible server. We come here a lot and now I think we may just have to drive to Sarasota for better service and food.

I ordered online. Said it would be ready by 9:20pm and it wasn’t ready until 9:47pm. It wasn’t busy. It’s today Monday Oct 28. And the girl said they were just starting to make the tenders and would be 10-15 min. Like what’s the point of ordering online if it’s not ready by pick up time. Or within 10 min of it.

20 minutes late on my takeout order during lunch on a workday. No one greets you in the take out area. My food was supposed to be ready at 12:50pm but they didn't start cooking until after I was there. When I told them 20 minutes late is not acceptable. The staff told me "whup whup" as an attempt to make fun of me. I asked for the manager who said they were busy when only 5 people were in the restaurant. I'll got back in my Porsche 911 and thought never again. Never will I come back to this restaurant. I tried to help the economy, I tried to eat out, but this was my treatment. They didn't respect my time. They tried to embarrass a paying customer. I hope that employee is fired for what she attempted to do. Such ashame because I had so much nostalgia for Buffalo Wild Wings. Now I know I make too much money for that type of service.

I stopped in for a brew with colleagues. I no longer eat animal products so I rated 4 stars because there was no food alternatives as a main course. The beer was delicious and cold! The staff was so friendly which made a great atmosphere for my group to relax and talk trash! I would recommend to friends!

I always make sure to eat here on Thursday for the Bogo deal and just that alone makes me love this place because the chicken tastes good, and there are just so many sauces to choose from. Always a nice vibe when watching a sports game.

This place is trash. Wings are crazy over priced and small. We did a mobile Order the wings were supposed to be 30, was 25. They were old and re-tossed in sauce. They got the flavors wrong. They were cold. And they forgot the blue cheese. Honestly Everything about this food is wrong. For the price they charge it should be amazing and it’s far from it.

I loved it all. But our table was terribly sticky. They need a good power wash. We had 6 kids with us. So a clean table is important. They had a great time eating chicken. I will go again.
Dietary restrictions: One adult is allergic to gluten. So they were very careful. I really thought that they handled it so well. I was very impressed. She didn't become ill. So I know they were careful with her food.
Kid-friendliness: We had 6 children. 3-9 years old 1-5 year old 1-3 years old 1- 2 years old Our meals all came out perfect!!! 🥰 The adults were so happy about how nice they were to them. Many thanks.
