I had a terrible experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I showed up on time, only to end up waiting an additional 35 minutes after the order was supposedly ready. The staff was extremely slow and disorganized. I tried to speak with the manager, Christie, hoping she could help move things along, but she was completely unhelpful and showed no sense of urgency or professionalism. It felt like no one cared that customers were being kept waiting without any explanation or apology. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a national chain. If you’re thinking about ordering from here, be prepared to wait — and don’t expect much help from management.

Amazing food! They update their allergen menu regularly so you always know whats going on with allergens. I forgot how much I loved their wings till I could visit again. Definitely a family friendly place with stellar wings!

Placed an online order Saturday night. We ordered 40 wings with sauce on the side with fries. We were missing a fry and did not receive any sauce for our wings. We did not discover the error until we arrived home (Ruskin) and called back to speak to a Manager after I was on hold for about 30 minutes the representative came back to the line and advised she forgot I was on the phone about 10 minutes later a Male who stated he was the Manager said a refund would be issued. He only asked for my first name. I’m sure that won’t happen. They were very disorganized and it wasn’t extremely busy at this time.wont be returning. I felt brushed off. I could have fried wings at home instead of paying $50 for unseasoned and unsauced wings. Won’t be visiting this location again
Sat ourselves as advised by the sign at the entry but waited over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We actually asked someone if we were going to be able to get a server. When we got to order drinks, the server forgot a drink order and couldn't answer questions about the menu and we never actually got a kids menu. Food came eventually without silverware so we had to ask another server for silverware. We had to ask for a drink refill. We had to ask for boxes. We had to ask for the check, which server gave us someone else's receipt that was larger than ours - glad I checked it. Definitely felt like the staff was overworked and undertrained. Felt bad for the server. Not sure if the timing was bad. The food was alright, but part of it was not correct. Pretty bummed about the experience overall.
