One of the worst Burger King's I have ever visited. Went to have lunch today and the soda machine was not working. Second time I had a bad experience at this BK. Will not be going back. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Do not go here!! They will short you on your food and then try and put the blame on you. We had two happy meals with no fries. My meal had no fries or nuggets. Bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. They didn’t want to make it right and give me what I ordered when I went back and only offered a partial refund. Terrible Service !!

I come here a lot. I use the app to order and usually get breakfast or lunch. The food is consistent, the staff are almost always in good spirits and the place looks pretty clean. Only gripes is that sometimes that drive thru line can be long but I can't blame them for 15 cars all getting in line. I'll get the occasional mistake on an order and I just submit through the app, sometimes I get a credit. As often as I eat here though, the ratio of mistakes to order is still pretty low, especially considering how often I get mistakes from other places. Oh... They do run out of biscuits a lot so I have to substitute the crossaint in the morning. I really love their biscuits though, so I do hope they eventually turn that around and have them through the end of breakfast in the mornings. Otherwise, great place. Will come again.

Customer service suck. I ordered food via the app and I couldn't order certain things, so I had to make 2 payments. Asking questions, and they look at u like, u shouldn't ask them anything.

I’d give a zero rating if I could. Been here twice because of coupons and was disappointed both times. Food was stale both times, limited staff whom seemed lost or confused. Each time there was only a couple customers which were already eating and we had to wait for our order, which again was stale each time. Place was dirty, tables sticky. Definitely would not recommend this location!!

Had to come in and do some repairs backroom is very filthy machines need to be replaced, not Band-

I came to this restaurant on July 7th. There was a fight between a customer and employee in drive through. I went inside and was told their systems were down. The girls there were gossiping about the fight and totally ignoring the customers. After several minutes I asked a girl named Sammy if the systems were really down. And she looked at me with a smirk and said “look we just had an issue and I’m refusing you service”. I said excuse me this is so unprofessional. Management really needs to get their employees under control. I left in shock. I would t mind waiting but they lied about the systems so they could gossip and the. To refuse service to me for no reason is insane.
