Drive thru worker overcharged me for my order and put it in incorrectly. When asked about it she told me that's how it's rung in. When I got my food she handed it over with a smirk. I checked my order and it was wrong. Had to wait to talk to the asst manager who refunded the difference immediately in cash and made me a new order.

Worst establishment ever the night managers are slow. Doesn't matter if there is 1 car or 30 in the drive thru you still have to wait about 15 min or longer to get your cold food.

I know things happen- but check your attitude when speaking to paying customers. DO BETTER- BK- DO BETTER.

Ordered Door Dash from this FINE establishment last night (08/23/2024)and of course we were missing food when it arrived. It never fails that something is missing. ya’ll suck.

It's a shame when we spend our hard-earned money ask for a breakfast to be hot off the grill and get a microwaved breakfast burger burnt sausage burnt eggs and soggy bread disgusting.
