Y is your lobby closed at 9pm on a Friday night ??🙄🙄🙄
So I went through the drive-through and asked if they had any of the Spongebob meals. They told me that they had discontinued them. So then I asked if they had the toy because my client, who has special needs, loves Spongebob. So the girl told me there was no toy, so I asked how much were they she told me 1.99 at that point I didn't have enough on the card I was using for payment for our meals and the toy so I told her never mind and did the normal thing u would do when u go to a drive through so then I realized that on another card I had the 1.99 being determined to get him the toy when I drove back to the mic and asked for the toy they told me to pull around when I pulled around a lady came out twlling me that I couldn't buy the toy separately I would have to purchase the spongebob toy and that she was just informed so I said okay and just let it go so the next day I decided to call and ask just to make sure because since when can u not purchase just the toy when the manager answered the phone she didn't even answer like a normal company would she was talking to everyone around her she didn't even say hell this is burger king my name is Sarah how can I help u it was just me listening and waiting for someone to say hello so finally when I said hello she said hello and I had to ask her if this was burger king and she said yes so I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manger at that point I was like crazy a manger is so unprofessional with the way she answered so when I asked her about the toy she just told me they were discontinued so I said thank u and hung up no one knows what is going on at this location.

This is a very nice restaurant. Plus they even brewed me coffee when they didn't have any made. They have the neetest coolest cups ever for Christmas.

Went for the new SpongeBob Meal, they were out of the pineapple slushy, irritating but they did substitute a coke slushy. But I then get home to find they didn't give me the strawberry shortcake pie. So I paid way too much for an incomplete meal that took over 20 minutes to get.

Don’t recommend The lines moves so slow they close inside early for what ever reason .
I just sat at the drive thru window for a couple minutes with no acknowledgment or response and ended up just driving away

Just left & asked for light Mayo on the burger I received no Mayo & extra ketchup. I’m not sure if it’s the cook or the message not being relayed properly but this is a common issue but I am choosing today to finally leave a review.
