Three times I’ve been to this chick-fil-a and each time they have forgotten an entire meal. Called 5-10x no answer.. left message no returned calls. All I wanted was to get what I paid for.. like why repeat my meal back to me if you’re going to forget it in the bag anyways. Lesson learned - don’t pull away until you double check the bag…..

I ordered and paid for breakfast on the Chick-fil-A App. When I came to the restaurant my order was cancelled because I came 10 minutes after breakfast. This policy was unbeknownst to me. The policy should be placed on the App or breakfast should not be available at least 30 minutes to an hour before 10:30 on the Chick-fil-A App. I was very upset and left the restaurant.

My husband just got home and as he was taking the food out of the bag he noticed the employees did not put his sandwich in the bag. The meals are not cheap and one pays to get what we order. It is also frustrating to get home and not have the full meals 😡😡
I have been coming to chik fil A since they have opened on 301 and when I do come I am greeted everytime with a smile by Latisha. She is cheerful, knowledgeable and always displaying a smile. I will keep coming back just to see her😁

Food is not what it was taste wise. Staff was great though , but holy moly, expensive. $10 for a few tiny (and I mean tiny) grilled nuggets. Crazy

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Very disappointed with this new location. I placed an order for 4 meals with no pickles and American cheese added, but none of those changes were made. I called twice on two different days, left voicemails with details, and never received a response.
When I finally complained to the manager in person, she had a bad attitude and took forever to get back to me while I was waiting in the car with my 3 little ones. She claimed I never left messages, but clearly never checked. The problem was never resolved.
This location constantly gets orders wrong, and when you try to return or fix something due to their mistake, the staff does not handle it well. Unfortunately, the service and customer care are far below expectations
