Young lady who brought my food out was a complete airhead...forgot my Ice Cream Cone and when I told her she said you already have your drink...I said not a drink, my Ice Cream Cone...she looked bedazzled until I said it louder then another employee said nevermind and retrieved it.

Truly LOVE this Chick-fil-A location. The employees here are SUPER kind and helpful. The orders are always made fresh and quickly. They go above and beyond for you to have the best service. I truly prefer this location than the other riverview location. I know they will ALWAYS get my order correct.
I've never been to a bad Chick-fil-A, and this one does not disappoint. Friendly staff and the Lord's chicken, it's a regular stop on the way home from GunCraft.

The manager and staff here are simply amazing. My fries weren't topped off so they gave me an additional small Fri. A weary man stood visibly distressed in the front corner where the manager gave him words of encouragement and offered to feed him for free. It truly lifted my spirit and restored just a little more of my faith in humanity. Food was fresh and fast. I was so in awe with the excellent customer service I hadn't noticed I was given 1 incorrect drink out of 2. And I was asked if it was correct and said yes without checking bc I was caught in healing energy. I didn't matter. I'm greatful to have been there all together. To the manager and staff, thank you for your kindness, love and professionalism. The world needs so much more of that during these hard times. 🫂 ❤️
