I generally like Chipotle, but this location in our area has been quite disappointing in terms of food quality and consistency. More often than not, whether I order the steak or barbacoa bowl, the meat is overcooked and ends up very chewy almost like chewing gum. It has gotten to the point where I sometimes remove most of the meat from my bowl because it just does not taste right. I order from Chipotle about one to two times a week and this happens roughly 65 percent of the time.

I have also noticed a difference in the quality of the food depending on whether I order through the drive through or go inside the store. The drive through food does not taste as good and is more likely to have the chewy meat problem. I am not sure why, but I know some locations have separate food preparation for drive through and dine-in orders, which seems to affect the taste and quality.

I do not expect this review to change much, but I wanted to share my experience.

First started by not being greeted. Line lady was moving EXTREMELY slow, trying to clean food off the line before even acknowledging customers. Asked for a bowl, recieved skimped portions , asked for double meat to try and make up for the small portion recieved and barely got a single serving!!! Asked for extra cheese, recieved a pinch. I kept asking for extra and recieved eye rolls. Rude staffing and no portions for a $20 bowl??? No thanks. Won’t be returning here anytime soon. Extremely disappointed and wasted money. It’s no wonder this location is only 2.5 stars

This is the worst chipotle I have ever experienced. The service is horrible and the employees are rude. I pick up uber from here almost everyday and no matter what time of the day I am picking up I have to wait atleast 45 minutes. When you walk in everyone just stares at you and doesn’t say one word. Just because we are picking up for uber does not give them the right to treat us like this. The other day I told and employee who I was picking up for and she said ok and walked away didn’t even check for my order. She went and sat down and started eating. For the first time ever my order was actually done and I waited 30 minutes for no reason. Not only is this an inconvenience to us drivers it is also an inconvenience to the customers who are waiting for there food. It messes up our ratings and we lose out on money. Something needs to be done, this is unacceptable.
