Rude staff and horrible customer service. They actually charged me for tartar sauce....when I purchased the Fish dinner. Never have I had that experience at any other Culver's.

Poor experience. We got 2 of our 5 dinner orders wrong and then 2 of our concrete mixers wrong. They forgot about 3 of them. We had to have one remade 3x! Hot mess of a place.

This restaurant is a complete disgrace. Three times now, they have messed up my order. Tonight, I finally called to address the issue, only to be told they are sorry—then they expect me to bring the incorrect food back tonight for a replacement. I had already gone through the drive-through, returned to my hotel room, showered, and got into bed, only to find my food wrong again. The manager on duty, from November 20 at 10 PM, offered no real solution, just empty apologies. She expects me to dress, drive back to the restaurant, and return their incorrect food before I get any compensation for their poorly ran operation. Now I have to keep this food in my car all day tomorrow while I’m at work so I can bring it back tomorrow night for a refund. They should pay me for my gasoline, time, and energy spent fixing their mistakes. I warn others to avoid this Culvers; they clearly care nothing about customer satisfaction. They only want your money and don’t care if you receive utensils, napkins, or proper condiments—like the tartar sauce I received instead of cocktail sauce. This location is poorly managed, and the on-duty manager as on Nov 20th at 10 pm needs immediate training on how to treat customers. After three times ordering and three times repeated mistakes, it’s obvious they have no regard for customer happiness or basic service standards.
I ordered my fish with no lemons in the plate. I ordered lemons on the side for my broccoli, which I got, but I also got my hot fish laid on top of lemons once again when I did not want it that way and now it is non edible! I’m beyond pissed that I now have to call DoorDash to bring me some food so I can save this messed up order to get back to them tomorrow night before I can get compensated. This is utterly ridiculous!! The manager on duty refused to give me any other number above her to call, which is unbelievable! So I have googled and you have one star only because I can’t give you less Because in my mind, you are a -10 star! And the fact that your management team won’t give out a number that I could call to get resolution Since she was clearly incapable or outright refused to do anything about my problem! And as you see from the photos below either the Customer, I’m in the right and Culver’s in Riverview Florida Is completely a non-customer oriented location! What a disgrace to the color of her name!

Ordered thru Uber eats and thought food would be good (which Culver’s normally is). Not this one. Lukewarm stuff potatoes and just a small amount of gravy. To add to that, found a kind piece of hair or plastic string really couldn’t tell in the burger. Didn’t mess with that and threw away. Will probably not order here again.

This was my first time at Culver's, and most likely my last. While service and atmosphere were good, the food was not up to par. I ordered the roasted garlic & bacon pub burger menu and was quite disappointed. Burger looked good, no doubt about that, but that was it - no taste whatsoever (could only taste the bacon and the pretzel bun).
So sorry Culver's - you didn't win me over and Five Guys is still my favorite chain burger.

I arrived at Culver's on the day of Friday October 24th, I did not know what to get because they have so many options on the menu but Jakoby pointed me to the pub Burger, to be honest the food was kind of cold though but overall, the atmosphere is good. I recommend you check out Jacoby and/or Eric for recommendations.

In the past Culver's fish and burgers were good, but on 10/16/25 at 1:49pm I placed my order in the drive through lane. My order was delivered with almost no delay. When I arrived home my wife and I opened the bag too our surprise the butterbuger/cod appeared to be reheated, not freshly cooked. Not sure if it's new ownership or management but I don't plan to visit the location in the future!😡

Got food to go for first time here, I got the fish sandwich and I was very impressed it had a very crispy coating with fresh flaky real fish inside, my only complaint is you couldn't taste the tarter sauce as they barely put any on. My son got the new spicy chicken sandwich and he really liked it.
Food was hot n fresh and wait was not long at all.
