Been here at least 10 times. Every time I go, it takes over a half hour to get my food. And half the time, the order is messed up. Drove the extra few miles to a different location. I will not go there again.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals. I then had to sit for 45 minutes waiting on my food. As one worker was bringing food to another car, I mentioned that I ordered 30 min ago. He stated that my food was ready and he'd go grab it. He never returned. 10 min later, I stopped another worker, Erica. She was extremely helpful and apologetic. She returned within 5 minutes with my food and a refund, which I was extremely grateful for. The food was good, but definitely not worth a 45 minute wait. Giving 1 star for service because of the wait and the fact that a manager should have gotten involved. Would give 5 stars to Erica for the resolution.

Placed a pick up order for 2 burger baskets at 230 in the afternoon. Arrived 4 min later than ready time. 1 car in drive thru waiting and they received their order.. 4 cars come thru drive thru and get their orders. Waited 10 more minutes before going in to request a refund and was told they were just so busy, which was nonsense. I have no doubt that our order was just sitting on a rack bagged and growing bacteria. Nobody was working in a hurried manner or distributing orders in any kind of rush as if they were inadated with orders. 2 tables with people eating inside.The girl who issued the refund was rude and interruptive, no apology.

We just had quite the experience at this Culver's. It took 46 minutes to get our order. We didn't even have a big order, just 2 burgers, fries and cheese curds. After 20 minutes I checked to see how our order was coming along and was told there was still 5 orders ahead of us. They weren't even that busy so it was a little confusing why it was taking so long. 20 more minutes pass and I go up again to see how it was going and they still didn't have our order ready. It was clear that the grill side was struggling so the manager went back and made it herself. I don't know if the grill people were new, didn't care, or were just completely incompetent but 46 minutes to get 2 burgers is completely unacceptable. Fortunately they did at least get our order correct so there's that. After talking to several friends, it sounds like the management at this store is a complete train wreck so hopefully they get it figured out because this used to be a good store.

Came here on a Thursday 8:30 pm. Had to wait 40 min for our food from time we pulled into line to time we received our food . Food was good as always but for fast food, this is absurd. Would never recommend coming to this location again simply for lack of efficiency compared to other culvers locations.
