I'm not crazy about the food, but the ice cream and the blizzards are good. The atmosphere, surprisingly, it was great as christian music played in this establishment ❤️🙏. The employees that I did encounter, we're nothing but nice and polite.

Last evening two of my daughters and I asked Manager John if we could get a blizzard cake customized for my daughters birthday. Without hesitation he said their cake designer Jorgina was there and would be glad to accommodate our request. We met Jorgina and within a short time she returned a transformed cake that truly delighted our daughter today for her birthday. They are best! I highly recommend this Riverview Dairy Queen for professional courtesy, food quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you!

Normally this is not my favorite location but tonight I brought my 9 year old in for a Mom / daughter date and everything was outstanding. The dining room and bathrooms were clean, there was no yelling between the front and back end employees etc. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile, and welcome in by Jonathan. He answered all of my kiddos questions as she picked out what she wanted and even thanked us for coming in and told us to let him know if we needed anything. Y'all need more Jonathans at your stores. Thank you again for a wonderful time.

McKenzie mark your days! For one I came through the drive-thru for dessert. Granted there was a wait which was normal, however having ice cream sit out long enough for the crunching cookie sundae to have a ring of ice cream melted around it and think it was okay to still give me after providing you with my hard earned money that goes towards your hourly rate. The audacity of you when I asked for another dip not even complaining about what you provided me to ask for more money. My nieces kept there blizzards and I switched out the sundaes. A lawsuit should be in place for this behavior this is not what’s being advertised!

Hey, quick question… am I supposed to received all of my order when I order from you guys? There seems to be a disconnect with this store. Also, the half of my order I got was the wrong food. Do better.
I came thru drive thru last night as we do sometimes. Me and my husband ordered 2 blizzards 1 mediumturtle pecan and 1 large banana split. Whe he gave it to me both were thin as water. I wanted to ask him turn it upside down. We got it and park next door at bank to eat them. We literally drank them mine had 5 pecans in it and chocolate was like water no chunks of ice cream at all. And they were filled to the top. My husband barely had anything in his vanilla water that is a banana split. I should have requested my money back and returned it. Poor poor poor. Need to tell your workers don't hand out water for blizzards.

It's a good store. I've been to a lot of dairy queen restaurants, and this one has been the best I've been to in a long time. The staff was super nice and provided a wonderful service. They were polite and quick to provide the blizzard and the two dipped cones. The store was clean, with a nice atmosphere, not too noisy. We ended up sitting outside since it was such a nice day. They had 6-8 large picnic tables under a porch. The only drawback was it faces US301, so it had road noise. I live 10 miles away, and I'd go again.
