2 days ago they let someone walk in, steal my food without even making sure it was their food and then refused to remake my order unless i reordered and paid again. I didn't get her name but whoever it was I hope you have the life you deserve.

I do love Dairy Queen and I really don’t expect a lot out of this chain but $26 for some chicken tenders, french fries fries, cheese sticks and a blizzard didn’t really cut it for me. I did pay for extra peanut butter cups in my blizzard, but I guess they forgot just had a couple chunks in there. The chicken tenders were drowning in that sauce and seem kind of chewy. Those cheese curds that were six dollars for an order. I literally had nine burnt pieces in there. First time coming to this location, but don’t think I’m gonna drive back over here. I know every business has a good days and their bad days. Maybe this was one of their bad days.

I should not have to wait 22 minutes from the time I ordered just to get a Blizzard. A Blizzard is supposed to be a quick treat, but the wait time was unacceptable and really took away from the experience. Staff were polite, but the service speed needs serious improvement.

I'm not crazy about the food, but the ice cream and the blizzards are good. The atmosphere, surprisingly, it was great as christian music played in this establishment ❤️🙏. The employees that I did encounter, we're nothing but nice and polite.
Last evening two of my daughters and I asked Manager John if we could get a blizzard cake customized for my daughters birthday. Without hesitation he said their cake designer Jorgina was there and would be glad to accommodate our request. We met Jorgina and within a short time she returned a transformed cake that truly delighted our daughter today for her birthday. They are best! I highly recommend this Riverview Dairy Queen for professional courtesy, food quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you!

Normally this is not my favorite location but tonight I brought my 9 year old in for a Mom / daughter date and everything was outstanding. The dining room and bathrooms were clean, there was no yelling between the front and back end employees etc. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile, and welcome in by Jonathan. He answered all of my kiddos questions as she picked out what she wanted and even thanked us for coming in and told us to let him know if we needed anything. Y'all need more Jonathans at your stores. Thank you again for a wonderful time.
