Wow, so today was my first time coming and EVERYTHING we tried was so delicious. The Mac and cheese bites, burnt ends, garlic fries, chicken/shrimp carbonara, and strawberry lemonade were some of the things we tried. The waiter ZENO did a PHENOMENAL job he was so kind and attentive. Went above and beyond with his service and presentation. He was really wonderful. We will be back. 10/10 recommend and suggest you ask for Zeno when you come. ?

Food was decent but service was awful. We were one of 3 other people in the entire restaurant and didn't have our server check on us one time. They were chatting and laughing at the bar together. We had to get up and ask for another drink. Food was okay but chicken was dry. The old Tampa location was great. Sad they closed but I feel that this location won't be far behind.

I’m sad to say the more times I come here, the more disappointed I get. Today’s Easter Brunch wasn’t packed and I think I know why. It was warm with the doors wide open and so much noise from a fellow party ruined the vibes. My family and I had something wrong with each of our entrees and they were out of both desserts that we wanted. We never got checked on during our meal and another employee brought us silverware when we weren’t given it on arrival. Ever since the original Datz was closing, the restaurant group has gone downhill.

Our first time here....kitchen was super slow. We waited well over an hour for our food. Once our food was delivered, my husband's fish was overcooked. Our server attempted to make it right by bringing him the "stuffed" meatloaf. It was put on top of instant potatoes and under cooked broccoli. I ordered the Steak Frites. Delicious. We ordered an appetizer, which was also delicious. We ordered the pretzels. Overall I would give this restaurant a second chance. However I am worried they may not be at this location much longer. They were out of several bourbons and some food items. They were short staffed. Our server comped the whole meal. We tipped her what she was owed, but we were super disappointed. I'm the caregiver of my mom and these nights out are rare. To have a bad meal out was extremely disappointing.I gave them an overall 3 stars because our server was super nice and one meal and appetizer was tasty. I hope they can get this location back up to par.

Sadly, this place has really gone downhill. Last 3 times we’ve been there they’ve been there they are out of many menu items. Always understaffed, I feel terrible for the servers that are working. So last Sunday we decided to try once again for brunch. We walk in about noon, maybe 5-7 tables sat, total, in the restaurant. My party ordered biscuits and gravy-out of biscuits. Out of burnt ends, ran out of whatever for mimosas. Sadly this is the norm for this place. Lastly, restroom of 3 stalls-one was out of order, water all over the floor. Toilet paper stacked on the back of the toilet instead of on the roll.

Our waiter Zeno was amazing. He was very attentive and knew the menu items very well. He gave some great recommendations and we chose two of them during brunch. The breakfast Carbonara Pasta with shrimp and the Nashville Chicken Donit sandwich was both amazing and full a flavor. We will definitely be back for brunch. Thank you Zeno!

Datz in Riverview does not live up to the reputation that the original built. The food was mediocre at best (burnt biscuits, wildly off seasoning, cook, flavors), the place just felt dirty, and the women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Broken stalls, toilet paper rolls just tossed into the stalls instead of replaced on the dispenser, sticky floors, store bought hand soap just refilled with water - just gross.Our server was very kind and attentive, so I want to recognize that. It was just tough she had to deal with probably too many tables at once and food coming out subpar.I hate leaving less than stellar reviews but Datz Riverview made it nearly impossible.

Would not be back, sorry. When we got there nothing was told to us it would be off the menu. We ordered and waited forever, then server comes out when we had already been waiting. Informs us the didn’t have the kids PB and marshmallows sandwich, and what I ordered. Says they’re out of what I wanted, I think I ordered originally the biscuits and crazy. So now I am just like anything quick, so we end up getting two chicken mash potatoes bowls. Kids got like their weird spaghetti, something. Nothing was good, would not returned based off pour food quality and service.

I used to love going to Datz, especially the south Tampa location. On February 25 2024. I took my mom to the Brandon location for brunch for her birthday. The worst idea I ever had. We had to keep asking for a menu for my daughter. Then our party had to keep asking for appetizer plates. The server kept for getting to bring out and ice tea for one of the members in our party. Finally we ordered. Let’s start with drinks from the bar. I don’t understand how you mess up a simple drink like a mimosa. Now let’s move on to food! I ordered the trash can nachos. The chips was so burnt and you can smell the burnt chips. I showed the server how burnt the chips were and asked the server would he eat it!? He took my food back. Remind you no one else has gotten their food. I kid you not it took 30-40 minutes for our food. Finally everyone food came. Little did we know the food was going to be horrible! Everyone who ordered something that had chicken in it was disappointed. The chicken was so dry and burnt. You can tell the oil they cooked the food in it was old. Then one of the guest in our party ordered a blacken Mahi-Mahi sandwich. Worst decision ever. You can tell it was not Mahi-Mah. It’s still a mystery to this day what type of fish was between the buns. After we advise our server how disappointing we are of our food. The server and I quote “The only thing I can do is get my manger” the server showed no sympathy what so ever. Needless to say Datz has loss our business forever!

The ladies' restroom needs attention as far as cleaning and a toilet seat needs attached.Parking: It was a Saturday in a mini mall so it was crowded.
