I read all the reviews and was hesitant because the people who were familiar with Trust Me did not leave good reviews. Trust Me was my go to BBQ spot.I decided to take the chance and order anyways and I’m glad I did. Is it Trust Me? No, but it’s still good. I pass by on my way home from work each night and finally stopped in to try them out. So glad I did! My husband and I agreed that this brisket is the best we have ever tasted by far! So juicy and tender and just melts in your mouth. The pork was amazing as well. We both ate the pork without BBQ sauce because it was so juicy and flavorful. Also I would go back just based on the customer service. This is one local small business we should definitely all support!
