Terrific evening. The guest of honor had a great birthday dinner. Food was top-notch and the server was there every time we had a need. Atmosphere was unique and wonderful. Place was packed but we felt like we had privacy to talk and relax. Love this place. Will be back!

Great ambiance and restaurant. We ran into issues with my steak but our server, Heather, did an incredible job trying to rectify it. She truly cared about making it right as well as the manager on duty. They're both fantastic. My husband and I definitely plan on giving Donovan's another shot

We were so excited to try this as many people recommended it to us and came for my finances birthday. The ambiance, server, and drinks were amazing and always prompt but overall food was pricey for what we got. We both ordered a steak which were both cooked perfectly through but barely seasoned or anything special tasting, especially for the price. We got the asparagus which was a strange citrus/spice/fire wood tasting asparagus we could not eat it the flavor overpowered it so much. The Brussels were amazing and the risotto was good but pretty salty. The combo with a bite of the risotto and steak together helped even out the seasonings. Overall 3.5/5. Overpriced and didn't feel like that price fit what we got overall. We will be back though to try other things as we enjoyed our overall time and many people have recommended!
Meals were terrible. One served 5 mins before the other. Other came out and wasn't right and remade; 10 minutes later came out burned. Service was a joke. Male server winking being way over friendly which left both of us uncomfortable. Used to be a nice place but save your money and time. Dine somewhere else that truly cares about diners experience.. won't go back or recommend to anyone other than to stay away.

Chicken Dip amazing yes it's better than you would think. Mushrooms awesome. Filet tender but natural gas flavor. Laquered ribeye not so good quality and sauce. They were out of wagyu so we opted for ribeye. Staff was friendly and attentive

The food was delicious. We shared a wedge salad which was a great portion & tried the potstickers. The seasonal old fashioned was fantastic! I had to order a second one smoked which was perfect and kicked it up a notch. Our entrees wee right on time. The filet mignon with garlic butter and shrimp & grits both were fabulous. We added the lobster with two tails fried. For desert crème brûlée with grand mariner digestif. The only thing missing was the cappuccino which wasn't available. The most outstanding part of the evening was the service and the amazing host made the night go smoothly. I am sorry I couldn't recall her name but will update. Job well done Donovan's

I want to start by first acknowledging our awesome waiter Hayden. He was amazing professional/friendly and upbeat. Truly enjoyed his service. Now regarding the restaurant, not so much. I bragged about this place from my last expand said it's a must I get the family together and come back. Well we came to celebrate my mom's birthday, and it was extremely disappointing. Several items on the menu were unavailable, including prime rib, oysters, loaded potatoes, and half chickens. At one point, we were told half chickens were not available, but then the waiter later came back saying they found five. This felt very unorganized. This visit was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially for a special occasion. I've been here before and thought highly of the restaurant, but the quality and consistency have definitely gone downhill. Based on this experience, we won't be returning. I hope management takes this seriously so other guests don't experience the same disappointment.
