It should not take 20 minutes to get 4 wraps made in drive through. Staff can’t get the order right the first time in speaker system. Had to repeat 3 times each item ordered to get it correct

We just picked up our free coffee with the new promotion Dunkin is offering right now and we go to take a sip and they were already cold. We literally just got it from the window. Luckily, our home is right around the corner, so we went to put them in the microwave and to our surprise, the cups aren't even close to being filled up and we are missing the whipped cream.
Don't offer a promotion and then try to rip your customers off by being cheap, just don't offer it at all.

They got roaches the coffee machine is filthy they don't use clean topped wares and the drains are clogged with all kinds of dairy products as soon as you walk in you could smell the mildew and mold . Where they place the ice creams are always dirty as well as their blenders this place is DISGUSTING!!!
