My favorite Dunkin in the area!! The workers are always amazing, great attitudes, customer service is perfect, the food is ofcourse soooo good, the only Dunkin in the area i’ve seen that ACTUALLY care enough to mix you’re matcha into the milk with your late well. I’ve had my best egg-sausage-cheese croissant sandwiches here, hot and ready, always quick and easy. There’s always somehow the nicest, friendliest people working there or in the store at the time. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts so much, It deserves so much more traction.

Good food/drinks, nice employees but It’s kind of ridiculous that you guys are “24 hours” yet run out of the majority of your doughnuts and muffins by like 7-8.. it’s actually ridiculous, what’s the point in being 24 hours when your basically only selling drinks a good portion of the time.

First of all, I came in the establishment to order where they was not set up with a cash draw or nothing but the young lady proceeded to still take my order I pay cash and was trying to use my phone so she can scan my points but again the register was not open so she took my phone to the drive-through window with the other young lady Sherrae but my receipt says Melanie If even that’s her name did not even scan the points but had my phone and when asked, she said that the phone was given to her at the last minute when I witnessed them have the cash and my phone at the same time I went and asked for a refund I was informed that there’s no manager on duty till 6 AM so I couldn’t even get my refund when I paid cash so I will be calling to speak with the manager to get my refund because service was not friendly or customer service oriented at this establishment.will not be returning

I ordered a medium iced mint chocolate chip latte. Got to the window And was handed an iced latte with three Pumps of peppermint mocha And when I asked is it not a signature latte she told me no because I didn't say signature latte. But I didn't say a latte with peppermint's whirl I said a mint chocolate chip latte which is clearly on their menu as a signature latte. Instead of fixing it and giving me what I want it she's very sloppily put whipped cream and drizzle on it no chocolate chips no surprise there Every time I come to this location it's an attitude to get what you ask for definitely don't recommend if you want something specific

I just placed an order and was asked to pull up. I have 3 bags in my car because they kept forgetting stuff and now I'm seeing I received burnt food with some awful smell that is stinking up my car. I've been trying to call the store, the comment line and have yet to get anyone on the phone. This is unacceptable and I would like to speak to someone asap. I even called another to get a contact number but was told they could not help me.

I’ve ordered from this Dunkin’ location the past two days, and both times, they gave me the wrong food without telling me. I take my lunch at 11 AM and only have 30 minutes to get back to work, so I don’t have the time, energy, or patience to check my bag before leaving. I rely on getting the correct food because I order specific items for calorie reasons and dietary restrictions, yet I keep receiving something completely different.
I place a mobile order around the same time almost every day, and unfortunately, this location has consistently failed to get it right. I understand that, by late morning, they may be out of certain items like croissants or bagels, but if they would simply inform me at the window, I could choose a replacement instead of being handed something I can’t eat.
The lattes I order are always good—no complaints there. But after repeatedly dealing with incorrect food orders, I won’t be ordering food from this location again.

I ordered TWO dozen donuts for my son‘s class for his birthday. The class only received ONE dozen donuts and had to cut them in half. Their phone does not ring, just a constant busy signal. I do NOT recommend. Extremely disappointed!!!
