This is the best Dunkin ever the entire staff is amazing the manager is professional kind and runs that place perfectly. Dee treats my son so well she's even bought him a toy that he loved so much. He goes in there everyday to show her a new toy. I would give this dunkin 10 stars. Also my coffee is perfect everytime and that is almost impossible at other locations
SHELLY here is absolutely amazing. So sweet I swear she is adorable! Always positive energetic and smiling. Heart of gold. To be honest the whole staff is but the early morning lady manager and Mrs. Shelly are by far my 2 favorite employees ever they are very personable professionaland yet witty... these 2 are the main reason I continue to come back time and time again. No matter whats going on in your life as soon as you walk in this establishment in the morning you will have a smile on your face, you are greeted with upmost respect kindness and cheer. This store is one of the cleanest that I have experienced in the tampa region. To be honest I'm thinking about trying to be a new hire lol who wouldn't want a job where you can be free be kind and spread happiness cheer and build bonds like this company at that location?! There is a location literally half a mile from me but I insist on going to this location that's 20 min away because of the vibe.
The employees deserve š for politeness and the patience of Jobe. Parents getting coffee and other sugar filled treats for children under the age of 8. We know what that does, smh, bless the school employees that deal with that before 8am.

Every time I come here, Iām greeted with the same lack of customer service skills, and the cold food and watery drinks do not make up for that. Whoever was working the register on Nov 17 2024 at around 12:30 PM had the worst customer service skills. I told her I never got my water, and all she did was sigh and point at the cooler on the wall, then walk away. If she wouldāve advised me when I paid that I could get my water there, I wouldnāt have been such a ābothersome nuisanceā as her face seemed to suggest. If you cannot muster the energy to be nice to customers, donāt work somewhere where itās needed for business.

Went into your Dunkinā and stood at the register. Was not acknowledged . Stood there for at least 3 minutes. Then went to the kiosk. While at the kiosk another customer entered was a white man. The white man went the register and was acknowledged right away. Really felt race was a part of this. When asked for corporate number. And explain to manager was he didnāt see us.

Hash browns were cold and not fresh , young lady at the drive thru window has no customer service skills and was rude by not saying anything. Worst location to go to, by the way you want to make it right refund me my money , a picture of the receipt is attached

This location is the worst. So terrible. They obviously pay no attention to reading a customer's order when they fill the DoorDash or Uber Eats orders because every single time they do not customize the order as requested. They just make it however they want. You want a different kind of cheese? Too bad because they will not read your order that you customized and will just put whatever kind of cheese they want on it. They also NEVER put a straw in the bags so when your iced coffee gets delivered you never have a straw. They also do not care about making the customer happy because they overcharged me when i used a coupon and then did nothing to return me the money i was owed. I do not recommend this location. I would give them zero stars if it was possible.

Really frustrated with this location, which is by our house, they always run out of doughnuts. It can be 10am in the morning and they are out of the popular ones and they are a 24 hr. location. Why be open 24 hrs a day, if you don't have any doughnuts ?. Whoever is doing there inventory, doesn't know what they're doing at all. They rarely answer the phone to put in a pre-order and they often mess up our order. I told a worker, that told me she was the one who makes the doughnuts, that I was given the wrong ones. I ordered chocolate cream ones with white frosting inside and they gave me the Bavarian cream ones. I told her they do this often and it's obvious the employees don't know enough about the doughnuts they're selling and she said it's because they're idiots. So unprofessional!!!
