This is the only location that I have found that makes sugar donuts (the only donuts me and my 2 daughters eat). If I go in and order a dozen some of the employees get annoyed . I have even been told that if I am going to do this every (insert day here) then I could make a order for it. WellI do not get donuts that often and we go through phases. Plus, if I order most of the donuts before your day starts I would think it would be good practice to make more, not blame the customer. Most employees are great! Just a few who could work on customer service.

Melanie who works at the cashier has NO customer service capabilities what so ever. When placing an order and you speak clearly and she puts the wrong item in - something is wrong with that. Then when you go back and you tell her it's wrong, she looks at you and has the audacity to tell YOU what she heard you say instead of fixing it and making it right. It will be words that I didn't even say, so how did you hear that? This has happened a handful of times to the point where I order online to avoid her. Please put someone else who can handle this type of job-only requires for you to listen-not that hard.

I’m baffled by how you can get someone’s order wrong, especially when I’m paying for delivery and won’t be getting a full refund. Clearly, my order is not the first or second time it’s been wrong, but the third time. This place is busy, I understand, but please learn to take your time so that you don’t mess up an order. OK so I never leave reviews but I had to today. My husband and I stopped in today for our coffee. We were greeted with the sweetest lady at the counter. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. She may have been the manager but the way we saw her take care of a local man who apparently was a daily customer was amazing. He was possibly on the spectrum and was sweetest guy. She knew him by name,and the way she spoke to him when others wouldn't have had the patience as he was trying to find the change for a coffee. He came up short so we just bought him the coffee. Her patience and the caring way she spoke to him. You just don't ever see that anymore. She's a special person. And the store and bathroom were the cleanest dunkins I've ever been in. This is the store I will always go to. All of this is a sign of great management 👏
My favorite Dunkin in the area!! The workers are always amazing, great attitudes, customer service is perfect, the food is ofcourse soooo good, the only Dunkin in the area i’ve seen that ACTUALLY care enough to mix you’re matcha into the milk with your late well. I’ve had my best egg-sausage-cheese croissant sandwiches here, hot and ready, always quick and easy. There’s always somehow the nicest, friendliest people working there or in the store at the time. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts so much, It deserves so much more traction.

Good food/drinks, nice employees but It’s kind of ridiculous that you guys are “24 hours” yet run out of the majority of your doughnuts and muffins by like 7-8.. it’s actually ridiculous, what’s the point in being 24 hours when your basically only selling drinks a good portion of the time.

First of all, I came in the establishment to order where they was not set up with a cash draw or nothing but the young lady proceeded to still take my order I pay cash and was trying to use my phone so she can scan my points but again the register was not open so she took my phone to the drive-through window with the other young lady Sherrae but my receipt says Melanie If even that’s her name did not even scan the points but had my phone and when asked, she said that the phone was given to her at the last minute when I witnessed them have the cash and my phone at the same time I went and asked for a refund I was informed that there’s no manager on duty till 6 AM so I couldn’t even get my refund when I paid cash so I will be calling to speak with the manager to get my refund because service was not friendly or customer service oriented at this establishment.will not be returning
