Came in at 7 am for an iced latte. Got to work and it was absolutely horrible. Went back for a refund after work (with the drink just in case) but apparently after 1pm there are no managers on staff. Big thanks to Chris for his friendly customer service and offering to remake my drink, however, I will not be back to this location due to lack of management. I needed my coffee at 7am, not 5pm.
Chris deserves a raise for handling the situation like a champ-maybe he should be your new night shift sup!

Walked to "pickup" area for my mobile order. No one greeted, say hi nor asked if am there to pickup my order and there was no one in the store at the time. Little disappointed.

Hands down, worse dunkin in Brandon. Bad coffee, terrible service. It took 25 min to fulfill an order of 2 drinks and bag 1 donut. My coffee was mostly creamer. We ordered ahead on the app. Go to the dunkin on causeway. Avoid this one.
