I just spent over $14 for a dozen donuts which are stale as hell she should’ve told me they were old I wouldn’t have purchased them but no she hardly said hi or nothing just what do you want. I’ve never had donuts like this before from Krispy Kreme Dunkin’ Donuts needs to close his doors. She needs to be fired.

This place is ridiculous. I used to LOVE this location as they would make everything perfectly and the service would be amazing. However now every.Single.time I either go through the drive through or order online, something is made wrong and i have to correct them. They pay no attention to your order. All you have to do is read the sticker like come on. Avoid this location, it’s so inconsistent, STOP HIRING PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE COFFEE.

I did a mobile order, arrived walked in order not ready; no big deal. After 4 minutes of being inside another person walked in, ordered and got their order another 8 minutes before I got mine. Lesson here, order in person....

Waited 25 minutes inside for a breakfast sandwich. 0 customer service. When they finally put it on the counter, my number wasn't called & the sandwich was cold. I asked for 1/2 dozen donuts instead after having no more time to wait. I understand they were busy, but that is ridiculous for 1 sandwich!
