The cold brew is 50/50 if it taste good or like dirty socks
Service is usually great but the manager lady is always so rude to customers and to the employees

Most terrible experience coming to this dunkin. I went to this dunkin next to my house and the customer service was awful. My food was also cold and when I told them that it was cold they replied with “how is it cold? I just made it.” And 3 other people in my car said it was cold to the touch. They took back my item that was cold and they gave it back and I found 2 long grey hairs in it. I didn’t even eat it. Also, over the intercom when ordering we ordered the 6 dollar meal deal and they asked us what drink for that meal and we told them and then when we got to the window they didn’t charge us for that and I told them that that’s what we ordered and they weren’t listening and the worker turned to his co worker and said “ha, she said we didn’t listen.” Then he turned to me and said “you need to calm down.” When I was offended at his customer service. The whole experience was terrible.

This location isn't that bad depending when you go. I don't usually have issues here depending on the morning crew. I've noticed severe lack in quality control. Some staff members will skimp on order size, which i just attribute to a miscount. My main problem is this one girl in the mornings at opening who always seems to have an attitude and even talks bad about customers in front of others. No idea what her name is as no one wears a name tag.

made my drink wrong. twice. wasn’t going to bother asking for them to remake it an third time. asked for no cream bc of an dairy allergy. and they never handed me my food in the window. this place is a real hit or miss.
sometimes the staff is nice and welcoming other times you can see the utter annoyance on their face.

It's Dunkin so it's good, my preference over Starbucks but that's me. It's in a Circle K so atmosphere is its a gas station. There are a couple of tables but not really sit with a friend and chat kind of Dunkin but very convenient.

went for an interview at the time they told me to be there but was left waiting for an hour until i had to ask if the interview was still going on.. very unprofessional and a waste of my time… workers take forever to take your order, service is slow, overall just a 1/10 place

Subject: Disappointing Experience at Dunkin' Donuts at 9020 Progress Blvd Riverview, Florida 33579Dear Dunkin' Donuts Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at the Dunkin' Donuts located on 9020 Progress Blvd RiverviewOn the morning of November 2, 2023 @9:20 AM [ 729146 Rona) CHK #51I placed an order for one medium hot coffee, two bagels (one multigrain and one plain), and requested the bagels to be lightly toasted with veggie cream cheese. However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that my bagels were burned to the point where they were inedible.Furthermore, the coffee I received was extremely cold, as if it had been made the night before and left to sit. Additionally, despite requesting extra sugar and extra cream, the coffee was overly sweet, making it undrinkable.In an attempt to resolve this issue, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts on Hillsborough to inquire about exchanging my order. However, I was informed that they were unable to accommodate my request as the order was from another store. Consequently, I had no choice but to discard the entire order, leaving me without breakfast that morning.I am deeply disappointed by this experience and I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to address this matter. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement for my order, as well as an assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. These workers do not listen, 2nd time ordering the frozen chocolate it’s supposed to come with drizzle inside the cup & on top of the whipped cream do they bother to do they job & do it correctly nope & so i ask them & they still proceeds to give me the drink without the drizzle I’ll just stick with Starbucks because at least Starbucks knows how to follow direction
