Zander Kia and jay looked out for me after I told them I paid for my order but it kept giving me an error message. They all jumped right on it and made my meal for me. Best Dunkin in the city!!! Everyone was respectful, polite and had smiles on their faces happy to be at work!! Shout out to them!!!

4pm, 2 employees behind the counter. 1 servicing the drive-thru. The other just engaging in unnecessary conversation. I tried the mobile order but it was missing an item. Wait time is too long for service and there wasn't a line . This was my 2nd time in.. Go to the Dunkin across from publix instead. After reviewing other comments here, this place needs to be shut down, or have new management.

When I first walked in, there were only a couple of people ahead of me in line, but the staff seemed incredibly disorganized. There was no clear sense of order or communication between the employees. It took a while for anyone to even acknowledge me, and when they did, they acted like it was a chore to take my order. They didn’t seem engaged or interested in helping, which was frustrating from the start.
After I finally placed my order, I was told to wait for a moment. I was fine with that, but I quickly noticed that the line behind me was moving faster, and other customers were getting served much quicker. I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes for my coffee, which was far longer than I expected, especially since the store wasn’t that busy. The entire process felt really uncoordinated, and I couldn’t help but wonder if the employees were overwhelmed or just not paying attention to the needs of the customers.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this Dunkin’ deserves it. My coffee tasted burnt and watered down at the same time, which I didn’t even know was possible. The donut was stale, like it had been sitting there since yesterday. On top of that, the staff seemed annoyed that I even ordered. Dunkin’ is supposed to be quick and consistent, but this location missed the mark on every level. Definitely won’t be back.

Absolutely horrible place extremely unprofessional honestly deserves to get shut down workers are rude manager is even ruder the place is dirty and they continue to get orders wrong. They have no communication skills and honestly no class. It’s so disgusting and disappointing I advise you to go to anyyyy other Dunkin just take the trip or even better Starbucks

This place is extremely disappointing I’d rather spend more money at Starbucks bc at least they have better service GO TO STARBUCKS.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my recent experiences at Dunkin’ have been so consistently disappointing that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. It’s not just about the coffee—it’s about the awful service from the employees, which is clearly a reflection of poor management. On the other hand, my visits to Starbucks have been much better, thanks to a more professional and customer-focused approach!

This Dunkin is a dumpster fire pretending to be a business. The service is atrocious, communication is nonexistent, and the entire place runs like chaos with a logo slapped on it. Orders are wrong more often than they’re right, employees look completely lost, and no one seems to care — because clearly management doesn’t.
Speaking of management: absolutely awful. Rude, disrespectful, and power-hungry for no reason. They treat employees like garbage, talk down to them, rush them nonstop, and then act shocked when everything falls apart. It’s uncomfortable to watch and embarrassing for a brand like Dunkin.
The employees are clearly overworked, stressed, and miserable — and honestly, I don’t blame them. When your bosses are unreasonable, disrespectful, and incapable of running a store properly, this is the result. Mistakes everywhere, attitudes everywhere, accountability nowhere.
This place doesn’t need a “small improvement” — it needs new management, better training, and basic human decency. Until then, save your money and your patience. This Dunkin deserves its bad reputation.

Very poor service at Dunkin’ Donuts.
The staff spend most of the time talking to each other instead of paying attention to customers. People are left waiting without being helped. Very disorganized and unprofessional service.

WORST DUNKIN ive ever been to. This miserable woman on morning shift Oct 1st at the window was rude when i politely asked how much my order was at the screen SHE WOULDN’T TELL ME HOW MUCH IM PAYING ?? Who does that?? WE ARE GIVING YOU BUSINESS AND you cant tell me how much im paying so i can have it ready for u at the window?? COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and she had glasses was wearing at hat and is heavy set. When i got to the window and nicely asked “you guys cant tell us anymore” she kept rudely repeating the charge once i got to the window. Disgusting and you lost my business that day.
Worst customer service, rude workers and the kiosk overcharges and gives the wrong order. I paid $8+ for the $6 meal deal. Their print out didn't show hashbrowns. I brought whatever rude worker with me and had her ring up the order and she saw herself how it rings up and more then $6. continued to say I'm not giving you hashbrowns while I was overcharged for the order regardless and it was the kiosk issue. Rude ignorant people like always there.
