I visited this restaurant for the second time, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, they still had the same issues. There simply weren’t enough staff to handle the demand, which led to delays and mistakes. They brought out the wrong food, and despite my concerns, the manager never came to check on the situation. The waitress did try to make it right by offering a discount, but when the bill came, she told me the manager refused to approve it. It’s disappointing to see the same problems persist, and it leaves me questioning whether I’ll return.

Eggs Up Grill is a nice little café with more than just your ordinary breakfast options. I tried the Crabacado Scrambler, and it was pretty good—fresh, flavorful, and a nice twist on breakfast classics. The price was excellent for the quality of food, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re looking for something different from the usual breakfast choices!

The food was not good . The bacon was limp . The sausage thin over cooked. The gravey was cool, not warn . And the coffee was $4 a cup and not a good cup of coffee. We paid $40 for breakfast for the two of us.

I've been there multiple times in the past with no issues but it seems that they don't try at all on the to go orders. I've had multiple issues when I door dash.
We ordered today and 5 out of the 5 items were either undercooked or missing selections. We ordered the apple crisp pancakes with bacon and received neither the apple nor the bacon (we just got plain pancakes with syrup). We ordered the hash brown Benedict with home fries and the eggs were horribly undercooked (they didn't cook it long enough for the whites to firm up at all, and it broke apart in the container it was sent in. The eggs were mostly just liquid). The home fries were horribly undercooked with half of the potatoes being completely raw/HARD. We ordered two griddled muffins and neither were cooked, they just sent muffins in the wrapper. Ordered a mocha cold brew which the photos show foam in it and the was clearly no foam or not much cream in it either.
I'm shocked that 5 out of 5 items were prepared incorrectly. Huge loss in quality.

I ordered from Eggs Up Grill through their website because they offer curbside pickup—a must for me as a new mom. However, I quickly realized I couldn’t modify my order online, so I called instead. The staff assured me that once I arrived, I could call, and they’d bring my order out.
When I got there, I called multiple times with no answer. I waited so long that my daughter fell asleep in the car. No one ever came out, and I received no apology for the inconvenience. Now I’m left waiting for a refund. Extremely disappointed in the lack of service and communication. If curbside isn’t actually available, it shouldn’t be advertised.

Dreadful place with long waits and overpriced bland breakfast food. I can make better food in my own kitchen

Ordered delivery while staying next door at the Hilton Inn. The food was ok. I ordered the biscuit and gravy meal with eggs and a half a waffle as extra side with a mocha cold brew coffee. The biscuits were a little flat and dense but tasted decent. Only issue I had was I received no syrup for my waffle. I was send 3 packs of butter and a package of mixed berry jelly. It would have been great to have had syrup for my waffle and a straw for the cold brew coffee I ordered also. So if you want your condiments and extras maybe go pick it up yourself so you can make sure to get all of your stuff with your food. But other than the missing condiments I would eat here again, just won't get delivery.

Had a terrible experience here, was in Brandon on business, came in for quick bite and they brought us breakfast it was completely ice cold. There was nobody in the restaurant we were two of six people in the entire restaurant, I specifically asked for potatoes well done, it's obvious that not only where they're not well done they were heat it up. Talk to the manager they took it off the menu still charged us $8 for coffee.. vision health it was inconvenient for us to sit there and wait and then have to leave and go through a drive-thru to get breakfast because we were in a hurry to get to work.
We were really excited to try this place but, it took nearly an hour to get food that was just okay for the price. If the kitchen was slammed it’d be a non-issue but, the restaurant wasn’t busy. Can’t recommend, given my experience.

My family recently ordered a takeout order from Eggs Up Grill, and I have to say, our experience was pretty disappointing. We specifically chose this restaurant because they offered vegetarian options for my teenager and non-breakfast items since I have a sensitivity to eggs.
While the salad was decent and I really enjoyed that, the fruit that was included with my son's eggs and muffin was rancid/fermented.
Quality control is crucial in the food service business, and this experience has made me question the standards at Eggs Up Grill. We took extra time to find a place that catered to our dietary needs and had well-balanced meal options, and it was pretty disappointing that we had to throw out part of our order.
