My second time ordering from them today. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese with avocado. I get home (since there is no seating) and they gave me a bacon egg and cheese. I don't eat pork.
The first time I went I tried to use my reward for a bagel with schemer to be told that I could't use it for that, when I later checked my reward it was for indeed a bagel and schmear.
Overall not well run store, bagels are mid, save yourself time and money and just go to publix to buy the same Einstein bagels and make them at home.

Food was dryyyyy and blandddd. Cold brew was bitter and flavorless. Tasted like black coffee. Their very large hash brown was flavorless and one of them weren’t delivered. The bagel was not toasted and it was DRY. Everything about my experience was bad and it looked so good. Would never eat here again in my life.

Cold brewed coffee, watered down iced coffees, over salted eggs, sandwiches were made sloppy. They were short on ingredients and made mistakes on each sandwich ordered. Bagels were too hard to bite as well. Not a good experience and the cahier had no knowledge of the restaurant. Not coming back to this one. No where to sit.

Always get my order to me quick. Very nice and clean store. Love that it’s close to my house.
Not very happy with this place. Ordered two bagels for pick-up to get home and realize they are the wrong bagels. I cannot eat raisins. I called the store informing them and to get a refund. The lady who answered the phone asked her manager and he told the lady “ I would have to come in for credit card orders” and I asked her what happens if I cannot come in. She then tried to transfer me to the manger and he told her no and kept repeating the same thing over and over to her. I feel bad for her because this is above her pay grade and the manger wouldn’t talk to a customer. I asked for his name and it’s Brian who is the GM. I find this unacceptable behavior by the GM and just wanted to know other options as his store messed up, not me. I hope the company actually has a talk with this guy. And I would also love a refund and cannot make it into the store. Already filled out a contact us form.
