Unfortunately, when they forget to put something in your bag, they don’t take your word for it so I don’t get what I paid for almost $100 and I’m missing an item and they don’t want to replace it it was the cheapest item that I got on the order also smh

I have tried to like it, but the customer service is like Slug Life. Ordered online. Go in. Person decides to talk on phone about ordering fries online while people are in line to just PICK UP food, not even order. A guy comes off the line to pick up her slack and gets an order in and 2 pickups. Slack and slow, and no customer service for food that is just mediocre fast food. If corporate reads this it was at 5:45 on 10/23, so you know who was working the front. This place is pretty consistently lame, I should know I live directly behind it and try to give it a chance once every month...and it ALWAYS disappoints.

Absolutely ridiculous experience at Fatburger tonight. I showed up at the drive-through at 11:45 PM, a full 15 minutes before they were supposed to close at midnight, and they refused to serve me! What’s the point of having posted hours if the staff is going to shut down early? Completely unprofessional and lazy behavior. If you’re not going to stay open until your advertised time, change your hours or get employees who actually care about doing their job. Total waste of my time and I won’t be back.

This was our first time eating at Fat Burger. We were not impressed and most likely won't eat here again. My burger was luke warm/cold by the time we got home. Was not a fan of the relish on burger, but we gave it a try. The chili didn't have much of a flavor either.
Im not one to write reviews but the team needs to be informed. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and when I took a bite it was cold and looked like it wasn’t cooked all the way through. It felt gummy as well. Really disappointed as now I won’t have lunch to eat. Please be careful.

Ordered the triple king, and was not let down. Delicious burger. Was greeted by Adrian who kindly brought us our food and was cleaning the dining area thoroughly. Thank you Adrian for making our experience a 5 star experience. You da man!

Me and a Co worker came in on a whim late on a Monday night for the first time it was great and Adrian was super helpful and kind while we were dining.
