My wife and I went in and ordered. Though the shop seemed fully staffed, we waited an incredible amount of time for the order. Everyone at the shop that ordered did too, but the online orders flew out the door.
We ordered a small chicken and breqd sandwich, nothing else on it, NOTHING, and a bowl of potato soup. Nothing that should have taken more than 5 minutes max. When my order was called, it was incomplete. They left out the soup. Once they provided the soup, we left. When we got home, I discovered that the container was only half full, but I paid FULL price.
Save your time and money. Go somewhere else for dinner.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced my order said it was ready for like 30 min and I went and ask after I was seating there the whole time and the lady just said if you can’t wait you more then welcome to leave i wouldn’t recommend this place just for the people that works there.

The MANAGER Is very RUDE ! They messed up my order and was VERY RUDE about toasting bread of all things ! Don't work in fast food if you can't deal with the public . NEVER GOING BACK

Quick service clean restaurant for some reason the Hero sub wasn't available so went with the Hook & Ladder it was good and fresh.

Lots of employees working but took over 25 minutes to make a 4” sub. The store would likely operate more efficiently with less employees and better management.

Absolutely awful service and zero accountability
I will never order from Firehouse Subs again. I placed an order through their app, paid extra for delivery, and then sat around for over two hours with no food and no update. The driver never showed. When I called the store, instead of making things right, they flat-out refused to remake my sandwiches for me to pick up myself—despite the fact that I had ALREADY paid for the order and delivery.
Apparently, once the sandwiches sat there for hours waiting for a no-show driver, that was my problem. No apology, no urgency, no effort to fix it—just an infuriating “we can’t do that.” So I’m out the money, out the food, and they’re out a customer for life.
If you want cold, stale sandwiches (or maybe no sandwiches at all), unhelpful staff, and the privilege of wasting your time and money, Firehouse Subs has you covered. Otherwise, take your business somewhere that values its customers.

SO MUCH MAYO it was dripping from sandwich. Ordered through Uber- tossed the sandwiches out. Why would you add so much mayo to soak the bread and everything else in the sandwich?!
The food was good and the staff friendly. A couple of issues however. They should hand out complimentary fly-swats since we spent our entire meal swatting away an extremely persistent fly. The more concerning issue is that they have taken to making call in orders ahead of those who did not place online orders. Fine I suppose, but honestly I'll remember that the next time we are considering where to eat. That sort of thing sticks with you. It's why you will rarely if ever see me at some of their competitors already. Shame too since as I said the food is good and the staff was friendly. For those for whom their time is less valuable, you should have no issues (other than the fly).
