Firehouse Subs Summerfield Crossing

Lots of employees working but took over 25 minutes to make a 4” sub. The store would likely operate more efficiently with less employees and better management.

I've been going to Firehouse for years because of their consistency in quality and service.

Absolutely awful service and zero accountability

I will never order from Firehouse Subs again. I placed an order through their app, paid extra for delivery, and then sat around for over two hours with no food and no update. The driver never showed. When I called the store, instead of making things right, they flat-out refused to remake my sandwiches for me to pick up myself—despite the fact that I had ALREADY paid for the order and delivery.

Apparently, once the sandwiches sat there for hours waiting for a no-show driver, that was my problem. No apology, no urgency, no effort to fix it—just an infuriating “we can’t do that.” So I’m out the money, out the food, and they’re out a customer for life.

If you want cold, stale sandwiches (or maybe no sandwiches at all), unhelpful staff, and the privilege of wasting your time and money, Firehouse Subs has you covered. Otherwise, take your business somewhere that values its customers.

SO MUCH MAYO it was dripping from sandwich. Ordered through Uber- tossed the sandwiches out. Why would you add so much mayo to soak the bread and everything else in the sandwich?!

The food was good and the staff friendly. A couple of issues however. They should hand out complimentary fly-swats since we spent our entire meal swatting away an extremely persistent fly. The more concerning issue is that they have taken to making call in orders ahead of those who did not place online orders. Fine I suppose, but honestly I'll remember that the next time we are considering where to eat. That sort of thing sticks with you. It's why you will rarely if ever see me at some of their competitors already. Shame too since as I said the food is good and the staff was friendly. For those for whom their time is less valuable, you should have no issues (other than the fly).

WAITED 24 minutes for 2 regular menu subs 🤯

We LOVE Firehouse Subs, however, today was the WORST! Went in and ordered 2 subs at 2:57pm. Did not get our food until 3:17pm!!!
Not to mention during this wait, 2 employees went into each bathroom and just chilled on the toilet watching videos For about 9min because I stood outside the door waiting to use the restroom.

Bathrooms were gross, restaurant was dirty, but the food was good. Better be after 24min wait!!!

Very slow employees. Every time I come and it’s maybe 2-3 people ahead of me it always takes 15-20 mins to make one sandwich . I don’t get it. I think they need better training.

Very hit or miss!

I made this 3 years ago.

3 years later and it's still very hit or miss. However, now it's more expensive.

I hate spending 40$ for three sandwiches and the employees can't read the ticket. Or they think it's funny to do the complete opposite.

Maybe I'll try again in three years.

Great food and great staff. All of them are genuinely into taking care of the customer. Including Joseph who took a moment to be humorous. I challenged him to sit down on the job. Mostly this is a pick up or door dash place but the place is exceptionally clean thanks to Joseph and the music is good and not too loud.
