My recent visit (Friday, 09/06) - No one said welcomed me to Firehouse, and aftervplacing my order in house, no one announced that my order was ready. I had to ask and was told ooops it was 10 minutes ago. What happened to this locatio it used to be better?

Not sure why this Summerfield Square (Riverview) location is putting checked for accuracy stickers on the bag and then failing to check the items in the bag. I placed an order on 8/24/24 at 159pm - gentleman that took the order was pleasant. Can see on the receipt they taped to the bag, his hand written note in ink to include the Captain Sorensen's sauce for a large sub. I was told there would be a wait, so I left and went next door to the Dog Gone Holistic store to purchase some dog food. Came back and walked up to the counter - she confirmed my name and handed me the bag with this checked for accuracy sticker. I asked her if she put the Captain Sorensen's sauce in the bag - she looked right at me and said, I just put it in there. Get home and there a single pack of spicy golden mustard - very funny. I guess this is what happens when you leave the extra money to the fireman fund or equipment they are promoting when you pay and don't leave a tip for employees on fast-food takeout - probably why they started those stickers (the box marked, checked by - was blank) and why I stopped going to firehouse subs. Too many mistakes on the take out orders and lack of meat on the sandwiches. I only ordered from here because it was next door to the Dog Gone Holistic store. check # 20024 was taped to the bag - I did not get a receipt when paid.

I would’ve gave this place 5 stars, but one thing factored into my review being three stars.
The wait time was ridiculously long. There was no sense of urgency in them making the sandwiches. It’s not even like the place was busy.
But besides that, the sandwich was very tasty.
I am very hesitant to come back to this particular location again though; only because I don’t want to wait an unreasonable time for a medium sub. To add, I paid extra for a pickle and they forgot it

Went there at 9:15pm it was to close at 10. Went to refill my drink at 9:50. Coke machine was turned off not taking the order. Someone needs to have young people that work there be a bit more considerate, at least announce before they do that. And cleanup for close doesn't need to be done as you are eating in. Umbrellas were taken in at 9. God forbid that they get more pay and leave at 1030. Owner, start watching your monitor at home.

We always spend $40-60 a visit. We haven't been able to redeem our brownie promos either. Not very happy, this keeps happening!
