Went there at 9:15pm it was to close at 10. Went to refill my drink at 9:50. Coke machine was turned off not taking the order. Someone needs to have young people that work there be a bit more considerate, at least announce before they do that. And cleanup for close doesn't need to be done as you are eating in. Umbrellas were taken in at 9. God forbid that they get more pay and leave at 1030. Owner, start watching your monitor at home.

Ordered steak sub through door dash. After eating 1st half found this piece of plastic stuck underneath bread of second half! Very dangerous what if I wouldn't have seen it an bit worst thing ever! Staff needs to slow down and pay attention!
I won’t return here. I ordered an Italian sub. It came lathered with mustard and mayonnaise. No properly made Italian sub comes with mustard or mayonnaise. I called the restaurant to complain and was told, “all of our sandwiches come with mustard and mayonnaise.” There is no way to remove it when ordering from the website. Never again will I return to this restaurant. Apparently firehouse subs decides what condiments to put on your sandwich. I won’t do business with a place who thinks I’m supposed to just accept a sandwich the way they decide to make it. I love how they hide the mustard and mayonnaise ingredients under the read more tab. NOBODY else makes an Italian with mustard and mayonnaise. It was nasty. I rate it 0 stars if I could. No restaurant should make everything they make lathered with mustard or mayonnaise.
