Food is consistently good! You can easily avoid the wait times by joining the waitlist prior to arrival. The ONLY gripe is parking. On a perfect Friday morning for brunch (no wait), there’s nowhere to park because they share spaces with a few other businesses.

The Tampa, Riverview, Brandon, and Apollo Beach locations NEVER have the same seasonal menu that corporate rolls out every 10 weeks or so. I mean, never a match. The only way for me to try or get seasonal items, is by going to a location in Brandenton, Sarasota, Orlando, or Miami. For example, today I wanted to try the Blueberry Lemon Cornbread and surpise, surprise they don't have it. They have some strawberry shortcake donut holes. Now I'm no marketing major, but strawberry shortcake seems like a summer item.

Love the comfy chairs at the Riverview location! I came in for a solo breakfast and great service by Hunter even before I sat at the table. Once the hostess took me to my table I let her know I needed to use the restroom and by the time I got back Hunter already had a Glass of ice water and coffee at the table which I really thought was great since sometimes you have to wait a bit for just a glass of water. I spent 19 years in hospitality mainly managing and I watched Hunter interact with his tables and I can see Hunter is a great server; anticipating guest needs, making genuine connections and food suggestions. After COVID the hospitality industry has been having a rough time finding good workers and I think this location nailed it with Hunter.

We always visit this location. We love BLT sandwich and Florida French Toast. Food was good till last week, but today we ordered 2 Florida French Toasts. We were disappointed because there was no banana. If Banana is out of order, they should have provided another fruit. Also, there were no enough strawberries. More importantly, toast was cold and extremely dry. Very disappointing
First Watch, Riverview, FL is our favorite location. Today we had LeAnn as our waitress, and I must say that she has been the best thus far. She was very tentative and brought our food out as soon as it was ready, and this was the hottest our food has ever been by the time it got to our table. We had two meals, but I only took a picture of one. We are thankful for her professionalism.
