I really wanted to love FishHawk Bagels, and in many ways, I still do. The story behind it—an owner from New York bringing authentic bagels to the community—is something I truly appreciate. And when it comes to the bagels themselves, you can tell they’re the real deal. The crispy exterior and chewy interior make it clear these are properly boiled bagels, just like they should be.
There’s a lot to like about this place! The service was friendly, the store has ample seating for groups of all sizes, and the owner, Mr. Ramos, was working alongside his team, which is always great to see. Plus, a drive-thru for a bagel shop? That’s a fantastic convenience!
That said, a few things held back my experience. A big part of choosing a bagel is seeing the selection, but with the focus shifting toward the drive-thru, the display is hidden from customers inside the store. I’d love to see that changed. My everything bagel also had very little seasoning—whether it was left sitting too long before being coated or just didn’t get enough in the first place, it missed that signature bold flavor. Lastly, while I asked for my bagel toasted, it came out nearly burnt.
Overall, I’d still recommend FishHawk Bagels for the quality and authenticity, but a few tweaks would take this place to the next level. I’ll definitely be back, hoping for a better experience next time!

The staff are friendly and the wait time was great. A poppy bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese, is very good. I've only visited twice around 830am. The place is clean and roomy. I also enjoy a cappuccino, with a splash of sugar free vanilla. Yum!! I look forward to coming back and trying the other items on the menu.

Great place but I think they’re starting to skimp on things. I got a sausage egg and cheese and it used to have a sausage patty but now they chopped up their patties and give you 3 little cubes of sausage for your sandwich. It was basically an egg bagel sandwich. Real bummer. Decent prices though.
Closed at 1pm? 🤣 kids get out of school around 1:30.. stay open until 3 and see how much more money you make. If you think I'm wrong, go to the next closest bagel place and look how many people are there after school.

We have recently moved to the area and discovered this quaint place. The service was fantastic and helpful by recommending their favorites. The bagels were fresh and delicious. My toddler approves of their sprinkles sugar cookie.

Delicious bagels, donuts and muffins! This is all we have ever purchased here and they are perfect every time! My favorite is the cheddar bagel. My whole family enjoys when we bring home Sunday breakfast fr Fishhawk Bagels. :)
Parking: Easy parking. Plenty of spots.
Kid-friendliness: Not too fancy for kids. They have bathrooms and high chairs. Plenty of items kids will enjoy eating.
So I ask for butter for my son’s bagel and you refuse to get it for me and say it’s extra. When you never stated that when I ordered. That’s terrible customer service, I will never buy your mediocre bagels again!
