First time and would definitely go back. I went out my way after an early morning drop off at the airport. My pumpernickel bagel was toasted and flavorful. I loved the chive cream cheese. There was more than plenty. YUM!The lady working the drive through was very polite and pleasant. I went before 6am, so no lines and was in and out. So satisfied.

Really good neighborhood mom and pop bagel joint. We're passing through but would easily be regulars if we lived in the area. The Lox bagel was full of lox, one of my absolute must-have's for a good bagel review.

I'm highly disappointment with my last experience there. I just took a bite into what was supposed to be a plain bagel with chive cream cheese but it's not the right cream cheese. It tastes like olives. If I wasn't rushing to catch a flight I'd go right back.

Stopped In this morning for an Everything toasted with Veggi cream cheese. Literally best Bagel I've had in years. I was just in NYC and this puts those bagels to shame. Will def be back. The young lady at the register was polite and very helpful!

I am a repeat customer who comes through the drive thru 3-4 x a week. The last few times our buttered and toasted bagels had very little butter on them, I’d say borderline dry! So we decided to go in and eat in today. Both of our bagels had the smallest amount of butter on them. I went to the counter to ask for more butter and explained to the owner who was standing there that our bagels were barely buttered. You’d think I asked for gold! The owner was extremely rude, unfriendly and didn’t even acknowledge me!! started yelling about the butter to someone else. A worker came up and gave me 2 little wrapped squares of butter, I said i am sorry, I’ll need a few more. She goes to get more and comes back and tell me a manager will come talk to me about the butter. So I go get one of the bagels and show her..she takes the two squares of butter back. Takes my bagel and adds butter to it… I understand product cost etc but seriously??? The owner needs to learn some serious customer service skills! And possibly take his own advice as there is a sign by the register that says something like … don’t be rude to our employees… and the way HE talked to his own employees and his customers is unsettling. Won’t be back just because of his lack in customer service!

Nelson makes the best bagels for miles and miles around! We were picking up a catering order, and had to wait a little bit. I don't see this is necessarily a bad thing, because this means that business is good! Cafe con leche from here is the best way to start a morning!

They used to be good. Now it's hit or miss. They charged $2.15 for crispy bacon. Why? Seriously? That's just greed. Then they got one of the orders wrong and put ham instead of bacon on it. Not a happy camper.

The staff was very friendly, and the bagel itself was good! The sausage, egg, and cheese on it was OK, I don't think they are cooked fresh at the store (likely heated from frozen). If you just want bagels, it's not a bad spot. Also, no Wi-Fi if you're looking for a place to get some work done while you eat.

This was our 1st time trying Fishhawk Bagels and this place was packed with a line at least 6 deep! The staff is awesome. They were getting orders knocked out quickly and efficiently. I ordered the Italian Bagel Sandwich and my boyfriend got the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I also got a guava cheese donut to try later! All in all the food was excellent, will definitely be back!

Let me start with the lox bagel is the best around but We used to absolutely love this place but as time has gone on it’s gotten worse and worse the employees don’t care anymore the last several times we have been here the bagels and been burnt and barely any cream cheese on them today the amount of cream cheese barely filled a tablespoon and we have told them about the problem several times and it gets fixed that time and then the next time it’s back to the same issue even asking for extra cream cheese now we still get the same last time I found a hair baked into my bagel as pictured this is very disappointing as we used to absolutely love this place
