Each time I come in for pick up the lady at the front desk is always rude and seems to have an attitude. Never greeted properly seems like they don’t appreciate customers. Food is mid, I’ve had better jamaican food for less in Tampa. All in all its not worth coming unless your ok with stink attitudes, mid food, and high prices.

I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and referred all my friends and family who have now become loyal customers. However, most recently ive realized the staff ive known are no longer there . The new staff has alot to learn about customer service. 2 days ago I purchased curry goat and I became very sick for 2 days .I had severe stomach cramping and multiple trips to the bathroom in addition to headache and nausea. I reported this to the restaurant and they told me there is nothing they can do about it . No refund was offered , nothing. This is how they're treating their customers now . Pretty soon word will get around and people will stop buying their food . They've now lost not only me as a customer but everyone ive ever referred to them.

The customer service here sucks! The older lady that works here and is so rude and we will not be returning mostly because of her nasty attitude and her demeanor. She comes off like she’s doing you a favor when you’re patronizing the business. The food is pretty tasty but not enough to deal with her. You definitely need to order ahead because you will be waiting 40 minutes. There is no sense of urgency in this place and I honestly don’t think they care much for the PAYING CUSTOMERS experience. The price of the food is not worth what you get. They fill one corner of the container with protein and that’s it no matter what you order. Had 4 different platters from here and they are all the same. Just be ready for an unwarranted attitude from staff and to stand around waiting with no acknowledgement from them.

today’s experience was very disappointing. A staff member was so rude and despicable because I asked for sauce, and I wasn’t sure if it was the same as my friend because it was in a different container and smaller so I asked if it was the same and his response was so nasty and started making fun and whispering To the other coworker, if this is acceptable, I will never be back in this restaurant as long as I live. I don’t take we to disrespect be professional.. There’s no need to disrespect people who have spent your money.

Updated review: there was a mix up with my order; the Uber driver dropped off food from a different establishment. I contacted the restaurant and was asked to contact Uber without an offer to refund or replace my $44 order. After talking to Uber it was clear I wouldn't get any compensation, since I ordered directly from the restaurant's website.
Then after posting a review, the owner called me personally to offer a meal to replace the one that I'm sure someone else enjoyed. I had already gotten food for somewhere else, so she offered for me to pick it up another day. I did the next day and as always the food was delicious.
I really appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction.
