Our Italian salad was absolutely delicious! Great price for the large amount of cheese, meats, and lettuce. All the flavors were super fresh!!! Wait time was less than 10 minutes, which is awesome for a handmade salad! There were so many yummy desserts in the cases too that we want to try out on our next visit!!!!!

WOW! I Finally found my sandwich shop in Tampa - it’s a 30 minute drive for me and totally worth it. I am obsessed with the Brooklyn, loaded with pastrami! I love the Fat Boy and the cannolis too. Want to try everything !

A long island NY style deli, with food that actually taste like it was made in long island NY. You will leave very satisfied and carb overloaded

Overpriced compared to the quality of the food. The customer service is also terrible that’s probably the only authentic part of this establishment .

I had been looking for an authentic meatball parm sandwich for quite some time. A friend recommended Frank's, so I decided to give them a shot.
The meatballs were really good. The bread was good, and the sauce was yummy. The sandwich was a bit messy, as by the time I got home, the sauce was all over the outside of the bread, not exactly user-friendly.
My wife ordered the pesto grilled chicken wrap. She said it was delicious. However, the oil on the wrap leaked out of the container, and my bag with all of our food was soaked and ripped open when I picked it up to carry in the house. Plus, it left the oil all over my front seat, which I'm not happy about.
My daughter got the little Italy, and she loved it!
We also got an éclair, which might be the best I've ever had. A giant black & white cookie, which was as good as the ones I ate growing up in New York, and cherry crumb cheesecake, which was ridiculously yummy.
My biggest gripe was the price. I spent $71.00 for a full sandwich, a half sandwich, a wrap, and 3 desserts. While the food was really good, the prices are high, in my opinion! $17.00 + tax for a meatball sub is too much. $12.00 for the wrap and $12.00 for the half Little Italy half sandwich is, again, too much money.
6 bucks for 1 éclair, 7 bucks for what I consider a small slice of cheesecake, and 5 bucks for one cookie, while delicious, I feel could be priced lower.
I drove to Frank's in Riverview from Wesley Chapel, which is a 40-minute drive. My tummy is happy, my wallet not so much.
The staff was friendly, the food was really good, the prices are high in my opinion.
If you don't mind spending the money, go try this place out. Your taste buds will appreciate it. If you're budget conscious, this place may not be for you.

I eat here multiple times per week. I usually order off Uber eats. Tonight I decided to go into the store and pick it up. My food wasn’t ready when I arrived so I sat down at a table and waited. I waited 30 minutes and they didn’t say anything to me. I finally got up and asked about my order to find it was sitting right on the counter. Pizza was now cold. I really blame the blonde girl that was working at the counter. She knew I was waiting, but didn’t care to ask for my name again Or anything like that.
Food is fantastic but the service sucks. My mother is born in southern Italy, and she would not stand for service like this. No true Italian restaurant would ever let it person wait longer than necessary to eat their meal. Italians know that to be true.

We tried out this deli the other day and to be honest we weren't that impressed. I wanted to try the bacon, egg & cheese on a seeded roll and it just wasn't as I remembered it from NY. They have a little pastry selection which wasn't marked with any pricing.when asked the girl just said that they sell it by the pound ..not really what I was asking! We later found that they were $20 a pound (that's why they weren't marked) for what were very normal cookies... Again, not as I remembered!. Well breakfast sandwich was ready after waiting a bit and having our name called and the roll it was on was your typical Florida style and tasting bread, overall it was very bland
The breakfast wrap was ok but nothing special either. We drove a bit to get here and don't think we'll be returning as we didn't think it was worth the drive.
Oh, got a large fresh mozzarella ball and when we got home it was a flat greasy looking mess within an hour, strange ...never had this happen before? They also need to put pricing, be a bit more friendly at the register and a better system running the place. And Definitely lower prices

Great food, great ice cream, and the owners Francesca, Frank and Enza are wonderful people. We’ve used them for catering numerous times and all of our guests always compliment the food. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
