Definitely a southern restaurant! The atmosphere was ok for the type of family establishment. There was a large variety of food and most of it was well prepared. The fried catfish was krunchie, not heavy or greasy. The turkey and gravy was flavorful. I really can’t complain on any of the food. There were 8 of us and all enjoyed. Now the negative, we found coarse dark hair in several of the dishes and the cobbler (which we didn’t eat) as we finished. Looking in towards the kitchen we saw lots of long hair and not a single hair net? Not good! Mentioned it when we checking out to be told “it happenes!”

Come often. Excellent food and service. Weekend prices are absurd. 1 plate and 1 all you can eat was 50.00. I'll only come week days .
My granddaughter begs me to take her here. Over an hour away, but it's worth it for the griddle, white corn bread & catfish (my favorites)
