First visit to this popular buffet restaurant, and the service for the large group we had was excellent! The food was hot and everything I had was delicious the buttermilk biscuits were awsome so was their famous chicken. I had the French toast and was not let down. They did many things right and I approve, and will be back again with my wife!

Good Ole Southern food. Fried tomatoes, fried chicken, fried pork chops,and a little bit for everyone. It's definitely worth the trip. If you never experienced Fred's you need to. Good food priced right. They have all you can eat for breakfast on the weekend for under 15$.

This is a family-owned business that has been in the Tampa Bay area for over 30 years done catering several different restaurants and this one is by far their best. The original is in Plant City and it's just as good and absolutely fabulous.

After a day at Fort Desoto beach we stopped by the Riverview location where we had Jess as our server. WTG Jess . Loved her and my veggie platter . Prices were on point for the quality of food . Definitely recommend Fred’s to ppl in the area .

Good ole' southern food! A bit pricey but what an AMAZING all you can eat spread. Salad bar honestly had the BEST Ranch dressing I've had in recent memory. The dessert bar has a bunch of great treats such as Apple Pie and Banana Pudding with HUGE dollaps of whip cream on top. The dinner includes these sweet rolls (which are out of this world, BTW), fried and baked chicken, fried shrimp, baked and fried fish and so, so, much more. I have been just the one time but will be back very soon!!

My wife and I have been to Fred's Market Restaurant in Lakeland many times and are constantly blessed with excellent food and service. The Riverview location lived up to those standards! Cristian was an excellent server and took great care of us! The food was absolutely perfect and we could taste the love put into it by the cooking staff! It's great to have a place to go and get Southern home cooked food on a beautiful day like today. Thank you for having an amazing restaurant and staff! I'm still waiting for one nearer Orlando. The drive from Ocoee was still worth it! The only location left to visit next is Plant City,... save us a seat!
