I’ve been a regular here for a while and things have gone downhill so much.
My family and I attended the Super Bowl party tonight and honestly it was a complete disaster. We prepaid $35 per person and had to come in and pay in person (weird) to reserve table but whatever.
Day of the Super Bowl, they seat us in a table that doesn’t have enough room to pull the chairs out. The “Managing Partner” Jordan sold us on the menu. Promises of free re-orders of food and prompt service.
Day of, we arrive starving and the spinach dip appetizer was so bad none of my family would eat it. It had chunks of stuff in it that looked like it wasn’t mixed well. This and everything else other than some of the wings came luke warm AT BEST.
It was supposed to be unlimited spinach dip pre game, unlimited wings 1st Q, unlimited sliders and pretzel sticks 2nd Q, Cookie 3rd Q
We got one of the four wing options and then didn’t see another food item until almost halftime. This near halftime plate was when the Managing Partner seemed to finally notice how backed up everything was. He did make an effort here but that effort faded quickly after this.
All remaining food came out terrible. The fried Mac and cheese was inedible. The pretzel sticks and cheese dip was terrible. The burger sliders tasted like somebody spilt the salt shaker in the ground beef. The fried pickle was completely lifeless.
The service was terrible too. Nobody took charge, nobody took responsibility, nobody assured us this was abnormal. The team was content with it and had no deal urgency at any point. Even at this point, I had a 30% tip for the girl, but after having an issue with my gift card where my wife didn’t realize a gift card fell out of the little ticket packet they gave us. The inability to help or work with us, ultimately asking me to go home and get the gift card to pay the bill… I couldn’t help but cut that 30% in half.
After driving home and getting the gift card and bringing it back, the managing partner had an opportunity to be kind, courteous, and gracious, but he was more interested in getting out the door ASAP than acknowledging the effort that I put in.
So here we are, much more sober than I wanted to be during the Super Bowl. Much more hungry than I should be. The cookie desert was laughable, like what a five year old would serve themselves. Including no spoon to eat it with. Very very very disappointed.

Had dinner here and ordered the meatloaf and ribs. The meatloaf was surprisingly good🤤 i told my husband I never thought meatloaf could be this good. Ribs was ok. The sliders for kids were good too, my son ate all his food.👌 Will come back again to get those meatloaf for sure😋 forgot to take pictures, that's how excited we were to eat our food😅

Manager Jordan and waitress made me feel at home!! Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of me. The wings here are fantastic!! I dont leave reviews but felt compelled after all the amazing hospitality. This will now be my go to spot for sports and wings! If you want to have a great time at a local gem 💎 this is the spot!! Great time great food even better people I wish every spot was like this!First time but will be back soon moved in right around the corner.

I came in today to eat with my family, and watch the servers and managers huddle up in front of the kitchen. To joke and play around it was very rude, because nobody was checking on tables or even making sure our food was good. I’ve watch this place go down. I’d like to speak to a bigger manager or the owner next time I’m in here with my family . Please bring the old glory days back…

Would give 0 stars if I could!! Alissa or whatever her name is, was terrible!! Got off work early for my husband and I to go have a few drinks and an appetizer and it was a complete waste of time and money. We aren’t the type that needs checked on every minute bit, but even once would have been nice. Way to miss out on your biggest profit of drinks - I could have had several. Save yourself time and go to the Glory days in Brandon, much better food, drinks, and especially service!

My family and I are regulars and we love Glory Days. Typically, I get the meatloaf. On 2 occasions, the last as recent as yesterday, I have gotten so sick after eating. So as much as I love it, we won’t be returning.

I've eaten here many times. Good sports bar atmosphere. A bit loud if you like that, especially on football Sunday. Food always good, but service has been slow and spotty of late. Hope that improves
