Absolutely unacceptable! There was a hair on the bottom of my frozen dessert — clearly, whoever made it wasn’t wearing proper PPE or a hairnet. That’s disgusting and shows a complete lack of hygiene standards. When I called to complain, the customer service was just as bad — rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and go to a local bakery instead; their items are fresher, cleaner, and made with care.

The staff is really friendly. Tres leches -don't do it- no flavor and dry (to the trash). We also had a peanut butter cake, mouse is good - cake is dry. Salted caramel cheesecake, tastes good, but no salted caramel flavor. I won't be visiting again.
The dessert cups speak for themselves—they’re truly incredible. Whether you’re grabbing one for yourself or picking up a bunch for a party, you can’t go wrong. My favorites are the Reese’s, Samoa, and Biscoff.
What really stands out, though, is the service. Cam is top notch—he went through my list with me, offered great suggestions, and made the whole experience so pleasant. The baker in the back even gave me a frosting sample to try!
Everything here is delicious, and I honestly wish they’d open a second location.
