After the most unexpected and unprofessional experience from ALL staff members like the supposed GM who was not willing to even tell me her first name to address my concerns, with no name badge, and wearing the most ridiculous spandex short shorts on a chilly night while all other employees wore dress slacks. I will never return from this experience.even if I grew up with their establishment especially when they had and emu in the back and it brings memories . Also including Abe who was “only” manager when GM was above his position but then claimed he was the owner they will forever lose my business. Not only was the GM so disrespectful and arrogant but was more unprofessional than anything I’ve seen or experienced but then the claimed “owner” was also, after calling the next day to just try to let the establishment know what took place, I was continuously disrespected and treated with no regard to what took place. We have used this location for at least 20 years and the staff and “owner” Abe would not even correct our wrong order after the terrible experiences we have had there over and over again recently and hung up.. It was the worst undercooked soggy pizzas ever and it took an extra 10 minutes to finish the salad while the 3 large dizzas sat on a cold counter. The police were called because I asked for the info to give this feedback and was not even able to get a receipt upon payment. I have video and recorded phone called where it was informed and then just no regard to correct the order. Won’t ever give my time or money to them again. I hope you go to little Cesar’s across the street. Better service, price, and quality than this place. If your hungry or want cooked pizza don’t eat here. So sad to have to leave this post but it’s the truth in my opinion and more than just mine. No wonder kazbors separated From them…

I have pizza night every Friday and have used Hungry Howies for a long time off and on but I went there last Friday night and the lobby was closed before 9pm despite the sign on the door saying they close the lobby at 9pm. When I went to open the door there were two employees standing outside the building and started laughing and ran to their car when I tried opening the locked door. I then called and asked if they were open and they said they closed for cleaning and if I had a problem with it that I could speak with the manager and then they hung up on me. I then drove around to the drive thru and they said a new guy was making my food and my order wasnt ready so I asked if the employee I was talking to was the manger for which he replied yes and I told him about my experience and he was very apologetic and offered to comp me 2 large pizzas on my next visit and took down my name. I called to redeem them and a female said she doesn't see anything written down and said she couldn't help me and hung up. Never will I go there again.

Ordered one single salad online for a late lunch. Customized the salad to not have black olives. Go to pick it up, it takes longer than the quoted time. The bag is taped up and tied so I ask if I can a fork bc I’m going to be eating my lunch in the school carline, I’m told it in the bag. I get the school carline and my salad has black olives and NO FORK. I’ll stick the HHs on 78th from now on.

I’m recently new to the area , we thought we would give Hungry Howie's a try. The sandwich was good, it’s not on bread or a roll it’s basically a pizza minus the sauce folded over like a taco . The pizza to be honest is more like Domino’s , but greasy.

This is the second time I’ve ordered here and the same issue persist. They don’t fully cook my pizza and the cheese slides right off the pizza. The first time I went back and they just grabbed my pizza and just threw it back to cook. This time I ordered it, it was the same issue and just sitting in oil (picture attached). I don’t know what been going on with the hungry howies it used to be the best! Now the quality is just so bad. I don’t think I’ll be ordering here again.

Don't call them..... you always call someone who is not at the store. Its someone who you can understand. If you order over $50 in pizzas they require a card over the phone (you should never give your card over the phone). Then you ask to get transfered to the store and they just disconnect you. I wont be ordering from this company any longer and dont reccomend them. Other pizza joints like papa johns and domino's etc... make it so easy. I would reccomend hungry howies change their recieving order system.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza, but they got it wrong and gave me a cheese pizza instead. When I called to complain, they asked me to drive all the way back and wait for the correct pizza. To make matters worse, the supervisor refused to offer me credit for my next purchase. I'm shocked by the lack of customer care!

Apollo Beach location is run so much better! Dont order from this location because their closing time is FALSE! Apollo beach location will delivery until they close but not this location. They will take your money and then call you to tell you your orders been canceled. They won't give you back your money for 24 hours. I usually dont bother calling corporate on a location but to allow an order to go threw and then inconvenience the customer like this,then somehow explain its my fault because of the time?? I didnt set your closing time, I didnt make the order avaliable to be completed. If they didnt want to make deliveries within the hour of closing then dont take peoples money!
