Bought since food for take out. Got home after pick up and noticed my 1 pizza we ordered with mushrooms and ham and almost 0 mushrooms on it and minimal ham. Called up and spoke to the supervisor Robert. Everything w ordered was fine except we didn't get the toppings we asked for. Was very rude and unaccommodating. All I asked was if they can just deliver another pizza because I was dealing with my 1.5 year old child and couldn't come back to trade the pizza in. Tried relating return policy to Walmart. "If you bought something in the store at Walmart, would they deliver a replacement?" It's like hey Robert, you also have 90 days to return the product, can I return this pizza in 90 days then? Will no go back due to poor service and poor food quality control.

Customer service was good but This is the 1st business that I've been to where they ask for your pin to your debit card. No they don't hand you the device to enter the pin they just want you to give them your pin . Didn't used to be like this but I guess that's their new upgraded device. Like who tf wants to hand over their pin.

The worst thing is the second time I order there and it always comes incomplete. The salad I ordered is always missing. I just ordered and the salad is missing again. I call and the manager is very rude and professional, and he doesn't let me talk and tells me Leave it online, my husband had to get upset so I could listen to him and it will really be the last time I order from here, I'm sorry, the salads are good but the customer service is rubbish.

Ordered the pizza loaded with pepperoni and got a cheese pizza. When I called and inquired about this, it was brushed off and the only option they gave was to order another pizza. So I have a large cheese pizza that won't be eaten. Waste of money.

Very poor customer service I called and ordered my pizza my order was repeated back to me as I ordered it and they still got it wrong when delivered I called to have my order corrected and all the guy could say is well if you want your pizza you have to repay for it which is ridiculous because I explained to them they can pick up the wrong one they delivered and bring me the one I ordered and he just keptRepeating you have to repay ok how dumb do you sound I have to repay for a mistake an employee made I don’t think so really really bad customer service lesson learned

Went at 8:30pm tonight to order a pizza and wings with cajun bread, but when I tried to enter the dining room, it was locked. The sign on the door says to use the drive thru after 9pm. An employee emerged from behind the counter asking me to use the drive thru. I explained it was only 8:30pm. Another customer in the parking lot apparently experienced the same thing because he saw what transpired and said "they don't care".I get in the drive thru, which by the way is the dumbest drive thru concept ever. You order at the window then are told to come back in X amount of time. If you get in line, wait for the cars and your order isn't ready, you need to get back in line again. So I finally get to the order window and I'm greeted by a young lady. I ask for the wings and Cajun bread lightly toasted. She would walk to the register each time after asking details about the wings order. She didn't seem to understand I wanted the bread lightly toasted, so she excuses herself and asks for help. A young man shows up at the window and asks how I can help. I explained that the young lady was taking my order and I'm not sure how I can help. Maybe she was having trouble with the request for lightly toasted bread.After taking my order and paying, he tells me it'll be 20 mins. So I set myself a timer and come back. Thankfully no cars in line and my order is ready. I'm handed 3 boxes and wished a good night. Considering I only ordered a pizza and wings with Cajun bread, I began to search what the 3rd box was. Apparently I was charged for an additional Cajun bread. A $6 small loaf of bread.A different young man saw I was still at the window and came to check on me. I explained the confusion but by then I was too upset and hungry so I didn't wait around for a refund.Food was good. People were polite but definitely could use some additional training. Considering I saw 5+ employees inside, I don't think they closed the dining room due to a staffing shortage.

Abe store owner is a absolute joke! Manager? More like a disgrace. He let's his employees put peppers on salads after specifying that WE ARE ALLERGIC. Won't give a refund because I didn't call when the store was closed. Called next day and said only same day refunds. What a joke of a person.
