Traveling home to Sarasota from Kissimmee and stopped at the IHOP for some good pancakes and were lucky enough to get Jamie as our server :) She is incredible and attentive and could tell I was freezing in the corner booth and suggested to get me to a warmer spot without me even asking. She made our breakfast break even better. We will hit the road with a smile and a great start to the rest of our day. Thanks Jamie!!!

This iHOP is one of the best run pancake restaurants in the Tampa area. Amber, the lead trainer, makes sure all the staff is efficient and friendly. Jaime, another waitress is friendly and treats everyone like family. If the food is not perfect, Amber makes sure it gets done right and quickly. All the iHOPS in the area should follow this one's example. We are only down here once a month, but we always make sure we stop here for breakfast or lunch.

Place looked dirty and smelled like old grease. Food was stone cold. You expect to get it fresh off the grill. Worst breakfast experience.
