Restaurant was almost empty when we arrived at 5:30 P,M. It was very cold inside -- had to go to the car to get jackets, annoying music blaring, ordered eggs over lightly-- came scrambled and cold. Send plate back, then the bacon came tasting like cardboard -- almost unable to chew. Very disappointing, always liked IHOP. Wife enjoyed her Salmon which was properly cooked and served warm.
