The absolute worse experience of my life. I came in here to get a BLT Mike’s way sub since I am pregnant. They sliced cheese for another sub and just threw that cheese on my sub when I do not even like provolone cheese, then didn’t ask what sauce I wanted or anything. Proceed to make my sub wrong by throwing random shit on it because they seemed so “busy” when I was the last person in line. I will NEVER step foot in another Jersey Mike’s again!

I went by Dec 3 Evening time ordered a Xtra Steak Regular Size #56 Knows as the Famous Kahuna. The Chef was very Precise, and she was very Professional. My Sub & Experience was Amazing. So amazing I went back Today and ordered another #56 Giant Size With Extra Meat, which was also made to Perfection. Thank you to all staff at Jersey Mikes. I Recommend Julio Velez

Asked for extra pickles on sub and only had 2 on a regular sub. They put one slice of meat on my sub. My sub was basically more lettuce, mayo and bread than anything. I’ll stick to Publix.

I would like to acknowledge the 5 employees at Jersey Mike's today who were working under difficult conditions without air conditioning and light. Despite the challenging circumstances caused by Hurricane Milton, these individuals were serving hot and cold sandwiches with a smile, utilizing a generator. Unfortunately, I did not manage to obtain their names. I visited the store at 2:45 PM on Monday, Oct 14, 2024, and it is my hope that the owner recognizes these individuals as "first responders" for their dedication to serving the community. They provided excellent food and service, especially considering that many people in the community have lost their food or are still without power. I would like to express my gratitude and commend them for their outstanding work. Thank you!

Ordered a large sub many toppings, asked for No lettuce. On the ticket it says. No lettuce. Sandwich comes out piled with lettuce. I asked the girl for a new sandwich. What does she do? Yep, took her hand and scraped the lettuce off. No thank you. Is there no common sense anymore? Jersey mikes, you just lost another customer. I have been eating there 2 times a week since you opened.
I had never had jersey Mike's food before and last night I walked in there 10min before they closed and ordered a chicken bacon ranch and it was so good the women who took and made my order was very sweet and I'm going back right now to get another one because it was so good

The food quality has hit an all time low!! My sandwich was disgusting. It made me sick and I ended up throwing it up after only taking a few bites. The bread was soggy and the meat tasted old. I will never order another jersey mikes sandwich again. DISGUSTING and poor quality!
I get the same sandwich from here all the time and sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s alright. This time it was disgusting I don’t know what they did to my sandwich but it was nasty.
The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was one of my favorites too oh well.
