The workers here are very young, and extremely rude. The last time I was here the worker insisted that lettuce didn’t come in the salad bowl. Yes, you read that correctly. And I’ve ordered this same bowl 20 times and never once needed to “add” lettuce. Perhaps it doesn’t, but telling me to “go sit down” and then yell at me about how a sandwich is made in the corporate manual is overkill. I’ve had bad service here every time I’ve gone and I’m not interested in typing a five paragraph essay about it. Buyer beware.

Always have had a great sub from this location. Their sub as a salad is a great choice for cutting carbs. I also have them scoop out the bun which still leaves plenty of bread for a sandwich.

The absolute worse experience of my life. I came in here to get a BLT Mike’s way sub since I am pregnant. They sliced cheese for another sub and just threw that cheese on my sub when I do not even like provolone cheese, then didn’t ask what sauce I wanted or anything. Proceed to make my sub wrong by throwing random shit on it because they seemed so “busy” when I was the last person in line. I will NEVER step foot in another Jersey Mike’s again!
I went by Dec 3 Evening time ordered a Xtra Steak Regular Size #56 Knows as the Famous Kahuna. The Chef was very Precise, and she was very Professional. My Sub & Experience was Amazing. So amazing I went back Today and ordered another #56 Giant Size With Extra Meat, which was also made to Perfection. Thank you to all staff at Jersey Mikes. I Recommend Julio Velez

Asked for extra pickles on sub and only had 2 on a regular sub. They put one slice of meat on my sub. My sub was basically more lettuce, mayo and bread than anything. I’ll stick to Publix.

I would like to acknowledge the 5 employees at Jersey Mike's today who were working under difficult conditions without air conditioning and light. Despite the challenging circumstances caused by Hurricane Milton, these individuals were serving hot and cold sandwiches with a smile, utilizing a generator. Unfortunately, I did not manage to obtain their names. I visited the store at 2:45 PM on Monday, Oct 14, 2024, and it is my hope that the owner recognizes these individuals as "first responders" for their dedication to serving the community. They provided excellent food and service, especially considering that many people in the community have lost their food or are still without power. I would like to express my gratitude and commend them for their outstanding work. Thank you!
