Watching these gals make sandwiches was like watching a perfectly choreographed dance!Never been to a JM before. I always give the gift cards and everyone is excited to get them. Now I know why. The Veggie sandwich hit the spot and is heartier than Publix. Worth the money for sure. I’m going to try the Portobello sandwich next. Great veg/vegan option!

Had my first Jersey Mike's today and I've been their delivery guy for years. Wow and OMG was that amazing!!! You can taste the freshness. Turkey Provolone with bacon was my order and they hit it outta the park so Thank you to the crew working today, you're amazing and.whoever sliced my turkey is a hottie lmao. Looking forward to my next visit, thank you so much to the crew, you all rock!

Attempted to order food via the app, order was cancelled with no explanation other than to call the store. I called the store and got asked to wait on hold while she put the phone down (not muted) so i could hear the entire staff chit chat while i sat on hold for 10 minutes, eventually hanging up not knowing why my order was cancelled.

Ordered a sub for delivery and door dash gave me the wrong sub. Regardless of whether Jersey Mikes gave the driver the wrong sub, I still put it on Door Dash to collect the right order. Delivery company refused to take ownership, when I called Jersey Mikes, they took the helm and made it right. I have always been a fan, now I'm Jersey Mikes lifer! Thanks for the incredible customer service!

So I made order through the app and it wasn't all the way made correctly but the owner I just discovered gave me a refund and I didn't know. The sandwich wasnt bad, so I will give it a try again and I'm pretty sure there were just new people there.
Horrible service, they place their phone busy 20 min before closing and won’t take any orders online or at the store either. No other establishment does that. At least Not 20 min. before. Will not buy food from there again!

I have a fish allergy and the sandwich maker just made a tuna fish and dropped fish on the table. Instead of cleaning it he put paper on it and then spoke back at me that it wasn’t going to be my paper. Why not wash it off? I mean I’m embarrassed for this company based on that situation. Manager didn’t say a thing to him. This happened at the Riverview, Fl location at 11:30 on Sunday July 23rd.

Love the mikes all the way!! I was at the Point Pleasant in Jersey shore when they first opened in N.J. best subs in Fl. A bit pricey though. O.K. you guys me and all my friends did steal the Grand opening flags and drove all over the shore with it sticking out the car window at Seaside. Lol partying yes young and free . If my budget matched I'd go all the time.!! Love the staff at both this and Brandon also.

For the SECOND TIME from this store we were missing a sandwich from a Mobile app order. We confirmed with the store that it was not the delivery driver’s fault. The lady sealed the bag before the order was complete. When I called the store I asked for a manager and while they accepted responsibility they refused to help and would not put a manager on the phone. The woman on the phone refused to give me her name. She pretended she couldn’t hear me when I asked again for the mgr so I called her a liar. Of course she heard that just fine and want smart enough to keep pretending so she accused me of being rude so she could hang up. She kept saying she was tweeting to help me but she wasn’t doing anything but saying she knew it was their fault. Ok great, my kid is hungry how do we fix your mistake? No help at all.
