I had an amazing experience at Jersey Mike’s thanks to the outstanding service from Jorge, Garrett, and Jordan. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was just right. The sub was fresh, perfectly made, and bursting with flavor — exactly what you expect from Jersey Mike’s.
Jorge greeted me with a friendly welcome in, Garrett made my sub with expert precision, and Jordan kept the line moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back — this crew makes Jersey Mike’s the go-to spot for a great sub and even better service!

Stopped in today at lunch time (noon) and ordered the Jersey Shore's Favorite (#2) MINI on white bread, a bag of Doritos, and a fountain drink to go. I didn't ask for extra meat, cheese, etc. The total price was $14.04 and with tax was $15.09. I thought was quite expensive but my mistake was not asking why so much. When i got home I created the exact same order on the app and the website, the total was $11.73 and with tax that comes to $12.61. Was I charged more because I came in, ordered my food to go, and paid with cash (not a credit card)? I even told the young man who took my order to put the change in the tip jar on the counter. If the owner or manger would like to review my order the ticket number is ...028603 (according to my app points history).
Update: I appreciate the quick response and identifying what transpired. I understand mistakes occur and will continue to patronize your establishment because I really enjoy the Jersey Mike's. The fact that you were willing to make it right means a lot and shows dedicated professionalism. You don't see that very often anymore. I feel a one star review is not fair to you because of a mistake.

We stopped in while traveling back to the Space Coast from the Treasure coast. The staff were very, very sweet and very fast. The food was on point.

Place and order and when my husband arrives at the location not one staff member acknowledged him and he waited and two other customers come in and they greet them but not him. He waited to see how long they would not speak until he finally says something. Get order home and they don’t have a complete order left all the chips out the order. When I called they were quick to say they will give a credit but my husband went back up there to pick up. We check food and they made one of the orders wrong and when I called in the manager excuse is that they are super busy. Terrible service and customer service truly disappointed
