1st impression, pizza wasn't that good, not horrible, but not good either. But I ALWAYS go at least twice because everyone has a bad day...
2nd impression, absolutely horrible all the way around. Delivery was 1hr and 30 minutes later than promises. I placed the order at 4:05 pm (suppose to arrive by 4:45pm) and at 6:15pm they finally showed up. Pizza was not hot, and just like the 1st impression, it was not all that good. Don't waste your time here. I still tipped the delivery driver because I am aware that it was not her fault, but as far as the owner and the management go, I want to make sure they know that I will never step foot in that place, or order from that place ever again. i also will tell as many people as possible. Whether verbally or through social media, not to waste their time ordering from justin's pizza. You would be better off going to winn dixie and buying a frozen pizza and cooking it yourself.

I was craving pizza and realllly didn’t want to go to a chain restaurant to get mediocre pizza. I found Justin’s online and was convinced by the reviews and OMG AM I HAPPY I LISTENED!!! The pizza was phenomenal. Perfectly thin, flavorful and do yourself a favor and a some ricotta to the top to make it a bit creamy! I can’t say enough good things. Definitely making Justin’s my go to spot ?

I read some reviews so I decided to try this place. I purchased a large cheese pizza and it was not good at all... It was basically cheese with no sauce other than on the crust. IT DOES NOT TASTE ANYTHING LIKE NY PIZZA... I live in the area for many years and there are way better pizzerias than this....Definitely some friendly reviews on here. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the pizza from Justin's Pizza and I probably will not go again but it did give me the nostalgia from Chucky Cheese! 6.2 out of 10

If i could put negative reviews i would. Every single time i have come here they make my order completely wrong. I called in an order tonight and i told the women its wrong every single time so please make sure its right. Not surprised when i come to pick it up and the order was wrong. How hard is it to make a cheesesteak hoagie or california cheeseteak when i list the exact ingredients. They don’t offer to make things right.

door dashed two cheese steaks. Sandwich was puny with hardly any meat, cheese was clumped and it came with nothing. Waste of hard earned money. Never again
I’ve only tried the large cheese pizza well done! For sure, the top pizza spot , if not the best new York style pizza spot in the Riverview Brandon Apollo Beach area.

What a great experience, pizza was absolutely delicious.
Pretty disappointing experience trying to support local. I tried reaching out to the owner by after a week with no response I gave up. I ordered online for delivery and a little after an hour I call and check on the order, things happen, but I wanted to confirm everything was ok. I was told my food was ready but the delivery was waiting for another order to finish before they would take mine. Another 15 minutes goes by before my order is delivered and I live less than 5 minutes away. The driver doesn’t have my 2liter so I tell him and he obviously isn’t going to go get it, he is from mobile meals, says he wasn’t told by the restaurant that the order had a drink and he will “tell the office.” He said the store was taking forever and the owner wasn’t there. I call the store and tell them and the guy sighs and hangs up on me. I call back and after ringing and ringing he finally answers, and says like I guess I can do a refund. No apology and after a short pause rudely says, “Anything else?” I was still on the line bc I thought he was refunding me and was waiting on a confirmation that he was finished. As if I had inconvenienced him by getting a refund for the product I didn’t receive. I said yes, you could have at least apologized. He starts yelling about how it was the drivers fault and “he wouldn’t let me talk to him.” He blames the driver saying he had an attitude and wouldn’t let him speak, but they had already told me my order had been ready at least 10 minutes before the driver left with it. If my order was sitting and waiting how were you not able to speak with the driver about the order? Btw, my pizza was cold bc clearly it has been sitting there much longer. The guy on the phone was completely unprofessional and decided instead of owning up to the mistake treat me as if it was my fault and I’m in the middle of him and the driver. I never received a refund and it’s been 9 days. I submitted my experience in the email to them at the bottom of my order receipt and sent them a Facebook message asking to speak with them about my experience before I wrote this review and not one word back . I will not be ordering from them after this experience nor recommending them to others anymore.
