Katana Japanese Express (Riverview)

The food was really delicious! I couldn’t be happier with my meal. I was a little apprehensive because I’ve had some questionable sushi but this stuff is so good. I’m still currently eating as you read this, but I had to hop on here and make sure I wrote a review.

Sushi was great! Fresh & fast. Counter service was polite. Foodcserved in to go containers even dine-in. Would be nice to have real plates. Othetwise, great value & quality!

Godzilla roll and chicken tempura roll taste good but does not hold together well. Low quality seaweed. Chicken tenders are okay they are worth the price. Fried rice is terrific. Steak isn’t seasoned and although I ordered it medium it came well done. Prices are fair.

So I'll say the good things first flavor of the soup was amazing I was messing it up the seasonance on the salmon was very good and the mixed vegetables were mixing That was the good part of it now as you could see I had a hair in my soup I'm halfway down the soup so irritated I was eating somebody's hair my salmon was as dry as probably her scout cause it was so overcooked that it was kind of hard in the rice was so blend that I can't even believe that they can call that fraud rice

I use to love this place they must have sold it. This place is going down hill fast. I won’t be coming back… The sushi looks like something I made at home. The salmon looks like they cut a standard size fish horizontally in half to save money.

Always good and fast. They save your order so you can just call and say you want the same thing! I live up the street and I am there at least once every 2 weeks and they have never gotten it wrong. Love this place. -
